Very nice clean hotel (room). On top of the building they have a bar with a great view over the city centre. Location is close by the Hoan Kiem lake and Old Quarter. Friendly and helpful staff! They also helped us book a good bus to Cat Ba island. We recommend this hotel :)

The staff was very nice. We got a small sweet in our room before we slept. That was very kind. Also they gave us a small goodbye present. We didn’t expect that. The room was comfortable and tidy. The bed was also comfortable.
The air condition was not working probably.
