Pros:Awesome hotel! Greeted by the bellboys and concierge and welcomed with tea and fresh fruit. Good location with everything in walking distance. The room is great and was recently renovated with a rain shower head in which I could easily stay in for an hour. Breakfast is great that ranges from pho, sushi, yogurt to your choice of eggs. Hotel has a nice rooftop bar that overlooks the city. Massage services are good just make sure to make a reservation early. Laundry services are excellent too, comes delivered to your room folded and packaged. Ling is great and was coordinated our tour to Ninh Binh with our excellent tour guide Alex. She also made our cruise to Ha Long Bay effortless and smooth. Definitely recommended as you will not regret staying at this hotel.
Cons:An elevator connecting to the top floor avoiding the narrow stairwell up one flight.
Pros:The room and restaurant were top notch but what made La Siesta stands out was its staff. We had trouble with a tour booking (separate from the hotel) and they helped us call repeatedly to negotiate pick up times and payment. They took care of our luggage in switching to a different hotel after the tour too. It made travel easy and they treated us like family. Had we known, we would never have changed our hotel when we're came back to hanoi. Hands down, would recommend as a first pick.
Cons:Nothing, and I'm picky!
Pros:I travelled with two of my friends. Since the time we arrived until we left that hotel, the staffs were awesome. * The rooms are super clean and very modern designs. * The staffs are genuinely positive individuals and very helpful with anything from tours and extended for our stay. * Very professional and fancy Hotel. * The food was sooo good, their breakfast was everything, specially their sweet yogurt.
