The staff were so amazing and helpful, they could not do enough including helping us with luggage storage, a place to return to before flying out of Hanoi, taking us to the train station , I would highly recommend them

Very friendly staff and great location. Staff decorated our room and gave us a cake for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful surprise. Great foot massage.
