Pros: Flight was smooth the whole time

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable

Cons: If the airlines was able to help finding my pierce that was missed at the security or the craft

Pros: The first flight had built in video screens.

Cons: But video screens in all aircraft.

Cons: Basic Economy options for carry-on confusing/not clear. Surprise charge of $110.00 once we got to the airport. Airline specified on website that a full sized carry on was not allowed. We were under the impression that meant a personal item (second personal item) was allowed as that is not a full sized carry-on. Confusing language! Airport personnel were entirely unforgiving. Basic Economy is a tactic to attract customer at low price but with substantially subpar options.

Cons: More leg room More gluten free food options

Cons: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.

Pros: Crew was great

Cons: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Pros: The crew was spot on with there interacting with us passengers and very good doing there job

Cons: Food and drinks lol

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?

Pros: The food was shockingly good! Also, loved the service.

Cons: A fold down foot rest would be very helpful.

Pros: Dinner was great

Cons: Had no entertainment, asked the attendent, she called simebody, but it didn't help and she didn't bother to come and explain. Food was really bad, undercooked and cold.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.

Pros: The flight wasn’t full, and we travelled with a lap infant - we really appreciated that they blocked off row for us.

Cons: The food is a scam. It’s overpriced, made poorly, and it’s the only option if you didn’t pack anything onto the plane with you.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: when you enter Canada and then travel through YVR for another flight it is a total waste. Not the fault of the airline but the way they do things with security
