Pros: Very attentive, friendly and efficient flight attendant. Smooth flight. Informative captain.

Cons: I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane.

Pros: Normal flight. WestJet is a great airline to travel on.

Pros: One member of the crew who focused on the back of the plane was pleasant and kind during a one hour delay on the tarmac.

Cons: One member of the crew who focused on first class passengers complained about having to pick up trash, having to stay in Birmingham, and was just unpleasant. The AA system was down in Charlotte which effected everything. The attendant at the gate was very, very short with several passengers. There was not enough AA ground crew at our destination to allow us to embark. They couldn’t move the jetway and unload bags at the same time so we just had to sit there for 30 minutes. At 12:30am.
