Pillows and bed are always super comfortable. The rooms are always clean.
We’ve been staying here for 10+ years. Some things in the room need fixing and/or updating. Bulbs were out in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was broken, mold in the shower.

The suite was really nice. It was very close to the outlets and a 5 minute drive to Choclate World. Plenty of space in a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were very nice. If you like trains, or have kids who like trains, this is your place to hear the whistles.
10 am checkout seems early, but the process was easy enough. There are limited food options after about 10 pm in the area. I'm only mentioning this because this is a "resort" type property and usually there is some kind of little place located within a resort where you can grab something to eat.

While the property itself is clean and well equipped I wish other would mention the noise.
The hotel is located right next to the train rails. through the night trains pass by and it’s very loud. Despite asking specifically for a quite room the entire property is not found proof. When I gave tried giving the feedback in the morning to the gentleman at reception fest his answer was “oh yeh, last night I forgot to stop the trains for you”.
