I ordered a 3hour rent juatto get from Sacramento airport to San Francisco airport. Then I realized tat I was supposed to droo it off at another SF location despite my specifixation of the two airports. The staff at pick up excellent. Dropping of the car was a nightmare. No attendance at the office had to run around until I was able to find the drop off on the 6th floor. Could have better signs indicating where the return office was on the 6th floor.Reviewed 6 Aug. 2022

Terrible and confusing customer service experience I caught Covid and they had me on the phone for hours while feeling miserable and completely unable to solve my problem which was very easy: I just needed to return the car to a different nearby location (Oakland airport instead of Berkeley ) and have my wife drop the car off for me instead. We verbally declined paying extra to have the car refueled by Hertz, but they said we accepted and listed it on the receipt under an obscure hidden fee. We returned the car with a full tank of gas but they charged us $87 to refill the gas and refused to refund us. Never using Hertz again.Reviewed 2 Jun. 2022
