Pros: The wait was long. I did not get the car that I already reserved and paid for. Had to call their 800 number myself to request a refund because the Hertz at this location would not do it.
Cons: What is the point of having a car reserved and paid for if Hertz just gave it to someone else because I was not there to pick it up on time? What worse. The lady came back to tell me there is another car, but I would need to pay more.

Cons: EVERYTHING,THE SERVICE THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE....THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WENT I COMPLAINED (COSTUME SERVICE).THEY ALL WERE LAUGHING AT ME........EVERYTHING

Cons: Seems to be very disorganized. It took about 2 hours to pick up the car.
The most suck car rental company
Cons: Customer attitude, receptionist attitude, the company policy
Cons: Customer service was lacking at my return of the vehicle. Many customers waiting and no sense of urgency from employees. They seemed more interested in helping the phone in customers than the ones standing/sitting right in front of them. They also did not acknowledge some of the customers at all when they walked in. I did fill out a survey from Hertz about my experience.
Time and Vehicle
Pros: The members of the Hertz team were friendly and did their job well
Cons: I had to wait for about an hour to get my helped and on the road, with only 4 or 5 people in front of me and 2 attendants. They did not have my vehicle type when I got to the desk and was offered a lower vehicle when there were higher ones in the lot. It is not my fault that proper inventory is not held and I should not have to be the one to take the hit on quality for the same price.
Pros: I've rented cars a lot over my career but mostly from airport locations. This was my first experience away from the airport, so parking my personal car in the shopping center during Christmas was a challenge finding space. Once in the office, there was the anticipated line with everyone seemingly having problems. Finally getting to the counter, Danny was extremely helpful in upgrading our car and getting us on our way. Great value for a week's worth of driving less miles on my own car. We'll definitely be back again!
Pros: Car mirrors were not clean. White stain on real windows. Engine check light came on after 2 hours of trip. Travel entire trip with worry if car going to make it. Unable to go exchange because of holiday, all Herts locations were closed.
