It took a while to get my car once I got to the car center then got a surprise extra $100 charge I was not expecting. I also had to call multiple times to ensure I got a certain type of car after emails saying I got a different car. Overall the car was in great condition but the check out process and value was really sub par.Reviewed 28 Mar. 2023

The wait to get a car was very long, and when I was at the counter I could tell why: the computers are very slow. I also was charged for a full tank of gas even though I filled up the tank before I returned it. I’m not sure how I’ll prove it (though there is the charge on my credit card at a gas station near the drop-off location), so I’ll have to remember next time to have the drop-off clerk check the gas level gauge to confirm it’s full the next time before I take off.Reviewed 28 Feb. 2023
