Cons:I was not told when I rented through Kayak I would have to take a taxi to get the car. What little I saved from renting through kayak was totally lost as I had to spend money to take a taxi to get the car and to return it. This was totally a bust and I will never rent through kayak again. I intend to write a yelp review and let everyone know how I was deceived.Reviewed 30 May 2017

What? You don't have a car? Why did you confirm myCons:I made a reservation. I called to ask a question and the woman who answered the phone said oh we don't have any cars today. Corporate is completely over booking us. it's a good thing I called or I would have shown up there to rent a car and been told they have no more cars.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2016

Extremely nice and helpful staff membersPros:Extremely nice, attentive, and helpful staff member at the Sonoma County Airport terminal/ Hertz counter. He was even able to make a change that the phone-rep couldn't. When trying to make changes on the phone earlier, the rep was very kind and tried to help as much as she could.Cons:The car had some minor damage, which wasn't inspected or logged by anyone as we picked up the car. This was never a problem, but we felt the need to take photos to be sure.Reviewed 5 Jul. 2016
