Great service. Additional cost for multiple drivers to be aware of. Stay were lovely and very helpful. Vehicle "fit" 3 people luggage but only at a push taking some of the back seat up. Would use this company again, no extra hidden costs.Reviewed 28 Sep. 2023

We expected to rent a Toyota RAV4 like was shown on the rental website. Instead, we were only offered a Jeep Compass which is quite inferior to the RAV4. The return was okay except we arrived just past the closing time due to road closures in Quebec City. The attendant was closing out for the day but said we would get a credit statement sent to our email address. None has been received to date.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2023

Service was great at drop off and pick up. Chosen car was nice sized sedan. My dismay was that I rented a car in BC with Alberta plates. I am from BC, live in Alberta. Alberta drivers in BC are treated with generally more aggression and disrespect. I did call the office and was issued a claim # incase any problems arose. I didn't drive the car very much and was a significant waste of money as I had alot of people to see and things to do. Service was great, I will know going forward to ensure my rental has BC plates. In seven days, almost $400, the car was driven maybe 3hrs total? That makes me sad.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2023
