Cons: Room in feb was extremely cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful place to stay - would recommend to others.
Cons: Had trouble with the WiFi
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent even at a time of many challenges. Staff were pleasant and attentive nothing was to much trouble and when we ask about the history of the place they provided books and write ups for us to view.
Cons: Everything was fine.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The hotel is very well placed for visiting Hitchin. Very easy to find.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel smells of cat pee, the reception area smelt of stale body odour. Priory Court (annex building) was very dated, filthy stained carpets as you go towards your room. I was allocated room 54, the furniture was stained, mattress very uncomfortable. There were stains up the wall by the bedside table. The whole place felt dirty. The worst place I have ever stayed in. A member of staff, possibly the manager offered me another room but I had seen enough, I was asked for my email address and contact number so the hotel could contact me about bringing this incident to a satisfactory conclusion. It has now been 5 days and I have heard nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent food, perfect location for my particular needs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building in a good location with friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast was good but the bar is poor with no atmosphere. Unfortunately, the biggest let down was the mattress- it didn’t fit the bed (beautiful room) and was well past it’s use by date (springs in the wrong places).

Cons: Single glazed sliding sash windows but didn't affect the room temp I was in. The post code in the sat nav took me past the hotel and sign seen only when past, could do with sign opposite the entrance

5.7 Okay
Pros: The fact that the rooms were separate from the pub and you had your own front door to come and go.
Cons: I was only there one night but the staff that I met were not particularly welcoming.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The evening meal was lovely
Cons: The manager had a slanging match with one of the residents in fronot f other guests who were trying to enjoy their breakfast, his behaviour was shocking and totally unprofessional.
6.0 Good
Pros: the food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere in the main hotel/public area was relaxing
7.0 Good
Pros: Great set up. An interesting and user friendly gastropub with easy parking and separate bungalow blocks of rooms, giving good access to pub facilities yet providing distinctly 'divorced' accommodation. Within half an hour of Luton Airport and a good choice to avoid overnight travel and hefty hotel bills.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like
6.7 Good
Pros: Good menu choice, breakfast with ample choice, the rooms very comfy
Cons: Although the service and food were good we thought the bar felt too male orientated.
7.6 Good
Pros: Rooms built motel style. Quiet, away from the road, suitable for people with walking difficulties [flat, single storey]. Plenty of parking. Did not eat there but menu looked good.
Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: the room was very good and early morning staff, manager much better than evening
Cons: the evening meal was of a poor standard, query due to new member of staff, but despite onlt two tables in restaurant being used vegetables luke warm and sauce cold
3.2 Mediocre
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: The windows had very thin blinds so the morning light shone through. The shower was useless The room was dirty - Cobwebs on the lights and what apeared to be blood on the wall !!!!
6.0 Good
Pros: Fact that rooms are separate, similar to an American-style.
Cons: Went for meal in evening to bar and it was full of rowdy drinkers with many smokers - we left immediately to go elsewhere,

Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: All went well time wise
Cons: Obviously traffic noise but it was a good location
4.0 Okay
Pros: location very good for where i was going. good that there was free on-site parking too.
Cons: Shower in the morning was cold to luke-warm, not very enjoyable. At night i could hear everything going on next door - extractor fan on, shower running, toilet flushing - not very pleasant and meant i could not go to sleep when i wanted to as noises kept me awake. Noise of next door also woke me up in the morning. Carpet in the room was a horrible brown colour and looked old and dirty.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Ample Parking - clearly signed off main road. While the building at first looked a bit unprepossessing from the outside, everything inside was fine. We were offered a choice of rooms and chose ground floor one. Breakfast freshly cooked , well presented and good quality although choice more limited than some places we have stayed in recently. Pleasant public rooms, everything in good condition, if a little dated in style, but I have no problem with that. Friendly staff.
Cons: Not anything to complain about at all.

Pros: The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was tasty. The young lady that served was very polite and helpful. Although we'd already booked to eat elsewhere the hotel has deals with several local restaurants for money off.
Cons: The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a spruce up. Panelling on the walls was a bit rustic and poor quality.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lady who owns the hotel is friendly. The location is perfect. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel is very dated. The stairs have some very narrow steps quite dangerous. Our "double room" was tiny!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very nice and clean and comfortable with tea and coffee etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent with options to suit all
Cons: I do not usually bother about wifi but it was poor to sporadic in the room and most time non existant however it was not a big concern for me. The bed (for me) was a bit on the soft side but non the less comfortable. My biggest moan (for want of a better word) and this is about most hotels, not just this one, is that they supply a kettle, tea and coffee but never enough sachets of sugar or milk why that is I dont know
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from warm welcome of staff to departing. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices & bed was amazingly comfortable for a four poster.
Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Cleanliness

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was reasonably clean. That's about it.
Cons: Air con didnt work. Moved to another room. That air con didnt work either. Sweltering hot rooms. So hot Couldn't sleep. Since no aircon worked staff gave us a pedestal fan. That didnt work either. So they gave us a tiny desk fan, which worked but might as well not have. Battered, half-broken shower. Strange people wandering around talking to themselves, shouting at thin air. Constant noise outside, fights, shouting, loud revving engines. Even at the budget price this hotel is no longer worth the money. Last time I stay here.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location is good, very near to Luton airport.
Cons: The room was not clean and the bathroom was very dirty! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The hotel is very run down and overpriced. Not even close to a three star hotel! Poor facilities and very very dirty.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Its a budget hotel and I knew that. As budget hotels go, its pretty good. Easy in and out, functional. Its seen better days and there are issues, but its mean to moan when the price is great. Perfectly nice night's sleep. Recommended, as budget hotels go.
Cons: First time I've had an air conditioner in this hotel so that was great, but it sounded like an aircraft taking off. Very worn and tatty, room smelt of cigarettes, but comfortable enough and everything worked.
6.0 Good
Pros: Reasonable price and location.
Cons: Bed is old and needs a new mattress. Paint peeling. General look of a lot of wear and tear. Sinks have no plugs (annoying) and often seem to block up. (Has happened on three visits.) Nothing terrible, just needs some TLC.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: The heating was not working and the room/bathroom was tired and shabby.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff where helpfull first providing a very small electric heater and then moving me to another room upon request.
Cons: The first room had no heating, and on one of the coldest days of the year. The second room was warm but full of old broken furniture. With a bed the size of a large single definately not a double.
7.7 Good
Pros: The service in the restuarant

Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: it gave me everything that I really needed and there were no snags or problems
Cons: Not a big deal, but the bath was very short - too short for my long legs. At breakfast the coffee was quite terrible - why not real coffee?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very close to the motorway and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No, the hotel was very good.
6.5 Good
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive.

Pros: Location in the centre of Luton and within 2 minutes walk of the theatre.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room with upmarket fittings.
Cons: Paper thin walls between rooms. You could hear everything going on. Very poor breakfast that doesn't do justice to the Hilton brand. Surprisingly the breakfast was no better in quality over a premier Inn. Premier Inn comes out on top in terms of quietness. Their doors don't slam.

Cons: Can't fault a thing

Pros: The room was cozy and had temperatyre control. There were reading lights above the beds and nice tv.
Cons: Nada.
6.0 Good
Pros: Central location. Easy reach for city center and airport. On a bus route from the Luton airport
Cons: The room was very small for a three person room. I would say it was only really a larger single room or a small double. Three .. was a very snug fit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was only an 18 minute walk to the airport, however, a local bus pulled up at the bus stop outside the hotel just as I was leaving, so I hopped on paid less than £2 to be dropped at the door of the airport. Most importantly the place was quiet and I got a good night's sleep unlike when I stayed at a cheap hotel in the city centre.
Cons: No food options in the evening except for a vending machines, but for this price, I wasn't expecting any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Just that we managed things like toilet roll etc. No kettle in room but I know it is because it is budget hotel. Nice stay

6.5 Good
Pros: Advantages: +very good location +nice facilities +relatively spacious room
Cons: Disadvantages: -staff misinformed us about time needed to get to the airport and we were rushing out at 04:00 in the morning without having possibility of taking breakfast which we have paid for. Too much focus is paid to shuttle bus connection when in fact it takes 5 minutes to go to the airport. We were 2.5 hours before our flight when we could have had breakfast in easy and relaxed way. 5.0 Okay
Pros: location in town centre good price
Cons: hotel was not clean dust on furniture, toilet door was broken but if your looking for a cheap hotel its good value for money
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortably of bed and closeness to the city center Easy check in Staff very polite and helpful Worth the price we paid, considering the time spent there. Close 10-15 min drive to the airport with taxis being around £15-£20.
Cons: The closeness to the main road so you could hear traffic. Generators were outside our room so was a bit annoying but due to only staying there for a couple of hours before a flight, we did not request a change of rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: The rooms was nice and clean. Bathroom also lovely
Cons: The staff was rude... I also had something taken out of my room while I was at work staff didn't care at all and tried to accuse my room mate of this even tho was at work with me.. just very very rude and disrespectful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room with wide windows and a lot of light, helpful service
Cons: Was slightly disturbing waking up in a cold room, as the central heating is working only when one specifically asks for it and the windows are very old. However, when I asked the reception to open some heating in the morning, they did it and everything was OK, just that asking to put heating every day is not so pleasant. To compensate that, there is a personal heater to warm up the room rapidly, but leaving it open during night is not the safest solution.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown and airport. Wonderful value.
Cons: None

4.0 Okay
Pros: Hot drinks
Cons: The fact that the bedding only gets changed over when you checkout even if your staying there more than another night. Breakfast and Dinner meals are over priced.. The location isn't the best. The heating system is terrible
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, quiet room, generous breakfast
Cons: bit of a hike to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property right by the airport, parking was £12 for the night. Could not hear the aeroplanes from the room. Limited food choice, had better, had worse. Room was clean and comfy. No complaints on that front. Easy check in, easy check out.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a lovely meal for dinner in the restaurant and the waiter was exceptional. It was only a 10 minute walk to the airport in the morning which was great. The bed was very comfy, we all slept really well (baby included)!
Cons: We were given a disability room as opposed to the family room I had booked.

Pros: The hotel was excellent set in lovely grounds. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very good size and facilities very good, although single glazed but didn't affect the room. The food was excellent, the evening meal was very nice and breakfast cooked fresh and very good
Cons: Single glazed sliding sash windows but didn't affect the room temp I was in. The post code in the sat nav took me past the hotel and sign seen only when past, could do with sign opposite the entrance

Pros: Price n proximity to hitchin
