Pros: The Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The included' 5 course dinner was of a very high standard. Fantastic Spa area with a view to die for.
Pros: The staff service gourme food terrasse sauna cafe rooms all are excelebt !
Pros: Great staff, all very eager, professional and Nice people. Real Hospitality professionals
Pros: Staff service food sauna incredibly good. This all based on a long family tradition for sure otherwise impossible
Cons: I have to think long what I did not like .. Nope nothing ...
Pros: Excellent staff food welness-areas terrace service rooms location fire-place
Pros: A great location if you are looking for a ski-in, ski-out location.
Pros: The location is fantastic, couldn't be better. The staff is really great. Herr Schlemmi best of all! The position of the restaurant - directly to overview the beautiful slopes and mountain peaks. Overall a really lovely hotel. The food is really good.
Cons: The rooms are not really 4-star standard, more like 2-3 star. However, they are supposed to be renovated soon. Another thing which is quite a big minus - the hotel is not really sound proof. You can hear somebody sneezing loudly in the next room. And the last minus - there are a lot of returning customers coming to this hotel. This makes their behaviour in the spa/sauna area quite ruthless, since they feel "too much" at home, sort of having their own private sauna experience, talking too loud, laughing etc...
Pros: Everything was just perfect! One word of notice though for those who are ski beginners: the blue slopes are not so easily accessible there, to get to the hotel you need to go through a red slope.
Pros: The hotel is brilliant. Staff friendly, personal and super professional. Food is amazing. Truly ski in, ski out, lovely atmospheric bar, and generally a really warm feel. no hesitation in recommending.
Cons: The position makes life difficult for complete beginners. Although within a couple of days most are skiing in- out. Any chance of a jacuzzi? And a slight rearrangement of the fitness room
Pros: Best location. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic view from the room, with balcony. Snack from 3-5pm was also very good. Very nice staff in the restaurant.
Cons: Breakfast started at 8am, which we think is late because the lift started at 8pm as well, so it was impossible to be first in the slopes. Also wish we had a coffee machine in the room.
With a stay at Hotel Hochsölden in Soelden, you'll be near ski lifts, just a 1-minute walk from Ötztaler Ache and 8 minutes by foot from Hochsoelden Ski Area. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and an elevator (lift).
Pros: Overall the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everyday a 4-course menu and for breakfast you could have the staff make any egg variant you would like as well as pancakes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Fantastic location for good skiers, right on the slopes. V good restaurant too.
Pros: Perfect location
Cons: Smoking in bar and staff part of hotel not okay in 2017!
Pros: Location was amazing, staff super friendly and buffet very good. All the food is included, you only pay for the drinks. Spa and sauna areas are great for relaxing, especially after winter sports.
Cons: The toilet was installed in a way too close to the radiator that required me to sit on it sideways
Pros: Great view across slopes, delicious food and such friendly and welcoming staff. Add the relaxing spa and jacuzzi and we are definitely going back
Cons: The last 50 meters of road to hotel are quite steep and with ice on the road you need a four-wheel drive to get up there. But the actual parking was easily reached and staff transported our luggage up.
Pros: The location was excellent, food lovely and cleanliness was also good.
Cons: Smoking in the bar area which made its way upstairs and the fact the sauna area was naked only.
Pros: position great cuisine very friendly staff in the restaurant
