Pros: Frank the main man when we checked in is a legend great fellow, the Motel is a little tired but very clean
Cons: The Chinese restaurant next door was unacceptable our food was not good at all. Do Not dine here. Double bed was supposed to be Queen room
Pros: Friendly staff took the time to show you to your room, help get the heater going etc. Our 6 year old loved the animals shaped from towels awaiting us on the beds. Included the standard soap, shampoo, conditioner but also several other products beyond what a typical motel throws in (shower cap, tissues, hot chocolate, decent branded tea and coffee, biscuits etc.) 10% discount at the adjoining Chinese restaurant.
Pros: Comfortable, warm. Loved the little touches like the smiley sticker on the toilet paper and the towels made into animals. Heating was good and electric blankets were a welcome bonus. Very comfortable. Have stayed there before and will again.
Pros: Beds comfortable and location quite.
Cons: The restaurant, poorly staffed, almost 2 hours to get meal once ordered, other customers annoyed aswell and not licenced
Pros: The place was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it.
Cons: Needs a fantastic fan and light fan with light is to cold
Pros: Quiet even though on a busy main road. Property is set back.
Cons: Didn't like the confusion that reigned when we arrived tired with a recent pre-paid booking with booking.com, and the manager refused to believe us. We showed him the booking on the phone to no avail. He then came out to our car where he obviously wanted us to stay before he was satisfied. He then went back and forth, telling us that when we enquired about room prices prior to booking, we must have mistakenly done so with some Indian restaurant down the road. How come we got a room price then? Ridiculous. He needs to smarten up his notion of hospitality. And to be logical.

Pros: Peaceful setting. Friendly community.
Pros: Very quiet location. Sizable rooms but nothing fancy. Beds are comfortable. Great value for money.
Cons: Can't think of anything really. The air conditioner could be a little noisy if you were a fusspot.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful when My mother was there as she traveled alone and have a disability. There help was very appreciated for looking after my mother on her visit.
Pros: Very quiet and helpful and friendly staff
Pros: Location nice and quiet and a good midway overnight stop en route to Melbourne
Cons: A/C unit not working so very cold room, it was August. Space heater offered by reception as a replacement was ineffectual. Toilet pan seal to the bathroom floor was broken...leaking water onto the floor. Chose the motel as dining room was indicated. Advised on arrival it is not operating in winter, had to drive to Holbrook to get dinner....would have booked motel there in the first place had we known
Pros: Although located off the highway it is exactly halfway between Canberra and Melbourne and with the pub attached it makes the perfect stop on Friday night after work when heading down to Melbourne for the weekend.
Pros: Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: Large room with everything I needed for an overnight stop. Heating was very good. Staff were very helpful and carried my suitcase up the steps for me as my room was on the first floor.
Pros: The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was listed as Deluxe Queen and cost $130 for a night. It was completely overpriced. Arriving late afternoon in winter I immediately turned on the heater to warm the room. I waited but it never became warm enough to take off my coat. I got into bed to watch TV but the picture kept disappearing every few minutes. In the bathroom I turned on the hot tap to wash my hands & just a tiny trickle. I decided there & then I would skip the shower& go to sleep. I slept well - thankfully the electric blanket was working!
Pros: Location central to shops, pub and submarine. Clean and nice hot shower - electric blankets on the bed which we needed.
Cons: Dated motel - could do with some modernizing.
Pros: Well prepared room.
Cons: Noisy plumbing and sub standard TV.
Pros: The rooms are all clean and tidy, airconditioning works well, as does TV. They are very helpful with the in house facilities, like tea & coffee, milk etc. They also put out windscreen cleaning equipment, which was very helpful.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and room was clean, perfect for what we needed on our way to and from Sydney
Pros: The location, the shower was amazing, very spacious room
Pros: Really lovely Staff and room was impeccably clean.
