The enter
First, the rooms are clean, from the dust on the walls, keeps the TV remote control, carpet with dust, and the terrible overcrowding. Not like the picture show. I will not repeat bad experience there.

Provision of mobile phone for guests (free local calls). Although I am HK resident and have my own phone, think this is of real value for overseas guests.
In sufficient facilities in room - e.g. Kettle was provided but no cups/spoons/etc. Also, a number of small things in the room were broken - the type of things that could be easily fixed with sufficient check-out inspection - eg, handle on bathroom door essentially detached on one side, soap dispenser not working.

Good location. Small but trendy hotel. Room contains really the minimum of facilities, but good price/quality after all. Free mobile phone during stay. Friendly staff.
Noice insulation between rooms could be better. No wifi available (a bit surprising in a place as HK).

“its a great location, super convenient, coffee shop right outside the door, within walking distance of both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay MTR, easy to get to Convention Centre, etc”
“Location was good, just what I needed for work, trams and buses just outside hotel and short distance walk to MTR station. The neighbourhood is quiet after dark but still have lots of choices of small local restaurants and not far to districts like Wanchai and Causeway Bay which can get literally anything. The hotel room was compact but very handy, superb WiFi, everything I need included. A big thank you to the cleaning lady, friendly, cheerful and thoughtful.”
