The building and the location
First of all, the bed had a sunken mattress that seemed to have been there forever. I have a disc herniation on both the neck and the back and the bed just killed me. I'm sure the previous guests had complained but a bit shocked that it wasn't replaced.....or maybe all the rooms had same sunken mattresses. For us, terrible mattress. Secondly, the pool was way too small.

When we first pulled into the valet, I reached for my bag out of the back of the vehicle and was told, "Please let me get that. You shouldn't have to lift a finger here at the Trump." That sense of service and attention to detail defined every aspect of our stay. The facilities and service were top notch.
