We do love the look of the hotel, the location, sitting under the banyan tree for lunch, staff and restaurants.
Need staff that are designated fire marshalls to direct guests when there is a fire. We had a fire next to the hotel and it was chaos. If you have a room overlooking the Banyan tree, you are bombarded by loud music until 10 every night......like it or not.
