Sheets were awesome, and the infinity pool nice. The process to reserve pool lounges was awesome. Valet over night for guest could be cheaper than 45 dollars a day.
Front desk attendant asked for my home address which I’ve never experienced. Was a little weird. She wrote it down just on scratch paper. The pool waitress was very inattentive to myself and a friend that stopped by for a visit. Although she repeadily attended to everyone else on the same row of lounge chairs.
The Strike. Traveling to a location such as Hawaii with family and having no housekeeping, and closed restaurants makes for an expensive trip that was just like staying at home
The facility and management were awesome and very accommodating. The initial room I was in seemed to be slightly dirty (tub and sheets both had stains). I can’t for certain say they weren’t clean. I couldn’t tell if they were stained or dirty. Either way, I shouldn’t have to guess. Once I notified management this was quickly rectified and I was placed in a new room- with a bonus upgrade. This is still my favorite hotel.

Great last minute stay here!
I was really bummed that on the day we checked out, we couldn't use the pool at all. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there, because check in the day before was not until 3pm.
Best pool on Waikiki
Adults only Pool. Beautiful room. Great Bar service at pool.
drunk lady from Chicago in Pool.
We stayed in an ocean view room. The view from our room and the pool was lovely. Great room service. Soft linen. Nice tv. Room is just ok for the price.
Infinity pool for adults only. Internet connectivity in and out.
Great location, service and adults-only pool
- Interior design and grounds right on the beach - Adults-only pool - Friendly, professional service - Great hotel entrance - High speed elevators - Rooms were clean and good, but not luxurious
- Resort charge of $31/day seemed steep for wi-fi usage - Breakfast buffet of $28/person was overpriced for the quality
gd location fantastic pool!
Overall very gd!! Infinity pool was perfect!
Our room card was not working eventhougn we have not rven checked out. So we wasted our time wating security and got new card etc..
Even though it was only 1 night. It was amazing! I've stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki before and each time it just keeps getting better and better.
View, location, pools, spa options
The line to check in/out was very long.
The adults only infinity pool. Amazing!!!! 10/10 The location 10/10 This is my second time staying here after visiting 2 years ago with a friend. The most trip with my fiancè. The price seems expansive however I can assure you it's definitely worth it. The pool and location best in Waikiki. We had a standard city view room. And the room was a decent size with all standard features. The location and adults only pool, make this the best hotel I've stayed at. They also have a great kids pool if traveling with a family, with slides.
i like the swimming pool. hotel is very convenient for shopping and going to anywhere.
beach is not so nice, sand is rough. but beautiful.
Ocean view and Diamond head was nice.
I loved the room especially the bed it was so comfortable. Also the fact that I could watch movies that are still in the theatre on the television, thas was really nice.
I think the price for use of the internet and the parking was too much. Free parking would be great.
Kai Market was restricting...one needed to buy breakfast, brunch or dinner package , rather than just ordering what you want; we passed on it, even though the reviews were terrific
Hotel locality excellent. Convenient beach access. Service was timely. Good facilities, bars and restaurants.
Shutters in the bathrooms.
Nice pool area. Beautiful grounds next to the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Good room attendant. Nice ocean view.
The room at over $200 was overpriced for what was there. The lanai and room furniture was shoddy, not comfortable and old. Bar drinks too expensive. No nightly entertainment as was advertised. Not enough lounge chairs available for pool. Water at $5 was too expensive.
