Cons: Flight delayed 3 hours, then a seats were very cramped and uncomfortable

Pros: quick and easy flight

Cons: no entertainment screens at all!

Cons: Great crew and flight! Cheers!

Cons: The crew was forced to stay seated the entire flight. They conversed very loudly the entire flight. It was very disruptive.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: First flight delayed for mechanical. Put on another flight. About to take off and ground for two hrs on the tarmac. No refreshments offered on either. The only thing they did was tell us we had the right to de board after sitting in silence for 1.5 hrs. I wish I could say this is not the norm for American Airlines but they are 5/6 in the past two months for being late and having mechanical issues

Cons: Be on time. Run planes that aren’t constantly breaking down.

Pros: On time with a very pleasant crew.

Cons: The boarding crew wasn’t friendly

Pros: Quick boarding process and take off. Flight was slightly late but the staff expedited boarding and take off. Staff is friendly. Service was great. Beverage service was great. Baggage was quickly at baggage claim.

Cons: Even though its a short flight better food options for First Class would be appreciated.

Pros: Flight was Good

Cons: checked baggage was damaged

Pros: Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy.

Cons: Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too.

Pros: Crew was exceptionally nice. Live DISH TV unexpected and appreciated.

Pros: Most humorous crew I have had in a long time. Had regular beverage service, coffee service and a water service!

Cons: I can’t think of a thing.

Pros: The timeliness of the flight and the service during the flight.

Cons: The tagging of the bags. The bigger bags should be the only ones tagged. Smaller bags that fit in the bin should be allowed in the cabin.

Pros: Quick boarding

Cons: Arriving over a half an hour late
