Pros: Ideal location for functions we were attending.
Cons: Our TV wasn't operating properly, we are hearing challenged so captioning is imperative but we're unable to set up also were unable to change channels...remained on Discovery Channel which was fine.
Pros: Good location. Great biscuits.
Cons: The beds were hard as a rock. Found a cockroach running across the bed.
Pros: The breakfast was everyones favorite! We had the best sleep. Good water pressure in the shower. AC worked great. We will definitely stay again!
Pros: The location was good for what we were there for. Central to a lot of activities in the area.
Cons: A bit far from some of the national park areas.
Pros: The hotel is in a very small town, however, very convenient for wher I needed to be, which was valliant, Oklahoma. The rooms are very nice and exceptionally clean. Staff as the night front desk man. He was very professional and courteous.
Pros: Quiet. Free internet a plus because area doesn't get good cell reception. Only decent hotel in the area. The few others in area are slummy cheap motels I wouldn't put my animals in. If you can make it to Texarkana, you'll have many more choices.
Cons: No one could tell me when ice machine was cleaned. I got cubes with black flecks frozen in them. Absolutely NASTY. Maid said maint knew but weren't there. Maid said they'd tell mgr but that ice machine never got shut down. Other staff just incompetent
Pros: The Breakfast was Great everyone was very friendly and nice.
Cons: I had booked a room in Apr for handicap, I was told everything was set and in place until two Days before my arrival it was told to me my room was no longer available and I would have to take another room , Do to the fact it’s stays reserved for someone that always come on that date and also stays in that room. So I was told I couldn’t get walk in shower so I had to dill with getting in and out of a tub or just washing up at the sink. But they didn’t charge me. I had a free 3 Days stay. Thank you comfort Inn
Pros: Front desk staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean.
Cons: The breakfast was not very good!! The eggs appeared to have water in the bottom of the pan and had no taste the sausage was not fully cooked, and the muffins were hard as a rock. Did not enjoy it at all. Did eat couldn't eat a waffle because of an electronic problem on that wall.
Pros: The breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Toilet would hardly flushed. Air conditioning didn't cool room like it should.
Pros: Location, breakfast, coffee, pool,it's a choice
Cons: It's a choice hotel
Pros: Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely go again.

Pros: Clean! Newly renovated
Cons: Beds really springy. Had springs in my back. Wifi did not work.

Pros: great stay
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. Enough towels. Loved the amenities.
Cons: Lack of parking close to the rooms. Breakfast was not great. Number of stray cats hanging around the parking lot.
Pros: Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. If you are going to just stay in the hotel, this is probably not the place for you, but for most travelers it serves as a great base camp.
Cons: AC turned on before you arrive, even if to just 75-80, room was a little stifling.
Pros: Convenient online booking process
Cons: Yeah the room smelled of mildew and the housekeeping staff while cleaning the room kept the room door open allowing insects to enter the space
Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: The breakfast offered was limited with only packaged sausage biscuits and packaged danish. The room decor was eccentric with a king sized photo of the Oklahoma state house above the bed. That was just weird!

Pros: Poor choice of hotel
Pros: The staff were very accommodating to the best of their ability. Our room was warm and stuffy so I called down for a fan. The front desk gave me hers for the two nights we stayed. They gave us an extra pillow and a blanket but we had to go get all of these items ourselves due to no additional staff in front office.
Cons: The poor was DISGUSTING! There were so many biting water bugs in it my family couldn’t swim but a few minutes. The room took a long time to cool down when we arrived and when we called down for a fan we had to walk back downstairs to get it. We booked a king and queen bed but I specifically requested downstairs because my momma is disabled. They told us they only had four rooms w king beds and all were upstairs. We requested that our rooms be cleaned the second morning and that evening when we returned our AC and fan had been turned off all day and room was HOT! This took over an out to cool off and we were miserable. As I said the staff were very sweet and accommodating to the best of their ability but they were too short staffed
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Handicap park was taking by someone that was not handicap and the block both ramps and they could not have them to move
Pros: Did not eat.
Cons: The bed was horrible. Mattress was lumpy and sagging. I think it needs a new mattress.
Pros: Breakfast Waffle, cereal, fruit and pastries. Breakfast closed at 9AM which was a little early for Sunday. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Nice clean pool. Perfect locationwise
Cons: For an older facility, it was really in good shape. A little pricey for the area but, hey I agreed to the price..
Pros: We loved everything!! It was a wonderful experience!! Thank you!!!
Cons: There was nothing we didnt like. We loved it all!!
Pros: Horrible remodel and painting. Fridge had somebody's leftovers still in it.
Cons: Location was not good, parking lot poorly lit. Bed had springs poking through the side and only gave us 3 flat pillows.
Pros: The hotel was inexpensive, but still pleasant. The staff was able to help out when needed. When I arrived, my room did not have a remote, but I was quickly given a replacement. I was also happy that my room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot.
Cons: Even on the lowest setting, the fridge froze everything I put inside. The hair dryer was broken, as was the toilet flush handle. The top piece of bedding felt like a curtain, not soft or comfy.
Pros: Plenty of room . Bed was comfortable
Cons: ACs not work right . Room was not clean very good . And the TV did not work very good some stations were very very blurry and you could not see them.
Pros: Location and parking was great
Cons: The bath towels were very cheap- small thin and old. The bed mattress was stained and gave me the feeling it was less clean than it really was.
Pros: It was free
Cons: No dis likes
Pros: It’s right next door to the casino
Cons: Hubby and me both bit by something in the bed and I had to wash the tub out myself

Pros: SUPER NICE place to stay!!! I can't say enough about this place. Clean, quite, great location. Always felt safe.
Pros: Staff was amazing, location is fair. New beds they are comfy.
Cons: The first room has fleas, we were switched with no issues but not before my kid was bit several times.
Pros: the price was adequate and about right for the amenities offered. staff and service was acceptable.
Cons: the showerhead needs to be raised about a foot. it is too low for anyone who is tall(above 5'6').
Pros: Older Property. We were in town to Kayak, Sight See and Relax. Charles Wesley served us well. Room was clean. Bed slept well. Will stay here next time.
Cons: No Sunday Sit Down Breakfast in Broken Bow. Only fast food. McDonalds or Sonic. Sit down Breakfast places are 8 miles away. Not Charles Wesley's fault.
Pros: I liked the rustic theme of the rooms.
Cons: The sheets were dirty on one of the beds with stains and hair on them. We had to ask for clean sheets and because no one was available to change them we changed them ourselves.
Pros: Was really clean and nice owner
Cons: no everything was great rooms were clean
Cons: Showerheads in bathroom mounted at 4 1/2 ft...way too low !!
Pros: The staff were very friendly. It was a peaceful and quite location. Very clean inside and out
Pros: Nothing really. It was an over priced motel.
Cons: The staf was very rude, I had to pay an extra ten dollars because we had a 3rd person.i have we never in my life had this problem with any other hotel. The lady argue with me and wanted me to give her cash.
Pros: Simple clean room...somewhat dated but newer fixtures have been added in bath..good tv refrig and microwave..overall worth the money and right in town...very nice staff
Cons: Room smelled of mildew and smoke towels were wet and had mildew smell A/C working but room was sweltering hot shower head was 4 feet tall dogs next door barked all night.
Pros: This hotel is an older rustic style hotel with cider siding for the interior walls which gave it a cabin feel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay there again. It was next door to a Mexican restaurant that was fabulous.

Pros: Its location
Cons: My room have pest it was full of cockroaches. I fought them all night it was disgusting. Told the front desk but no help
Cons: Everything else. The hotel room smelled awful. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom walls were dirty. Absolutely the WORST experience we have ever had in a hotel.
Pros: speed of checkin, nice pillows
Cons: Breakfast options were just ok. No conditioner in bathroom.
Pros: It was available.
Cons: Poorly kept. Over priced!
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Carpet, chair and some of towels provided were stained and looked dirty. Likely towels were washed, but they were unable to take stains out of them. They should get ride of them since it gives a bad impression. We decided not to use them as they were bad.
Pros: Location but it is overshadowed with all it's poor qualities especially cleanliness, very poor breakfast offering, very poor facilities which I can get with comfort inn at the same price or cheaper but better amenities.
Cons: A lot! 1) poor cleanliness standard 2) very bad amenities 3) charge more than the internet price 4) poor breakfast choice 5) non social staff

Cons: They didn't have any towels for the night. We had to wait till morning to get some.
Pros: Got what I expected from a cheap hotel, not the cleanest water leaking into bathroom from another unit
Cons: We had the worst experience ever! Staff at front desk was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable. I booked a 2 queen size and he only could offer us a King 1 bed for me and my cousin to sleep in. We had to book another hotel and I want my refund!!
Cons: Didn't like anything had a man come in to fix our TV he was very rude to me and my husband the beds where Rock hard
Pros: the lady worker was good she made sure we had we what we needed.
Cons: We had a fire in our home which caused us to have to stay. The manager owner was very rude and our room was very cold the temperature ready wasn't on their. We booked our room online he charged us extra so they saving we got online was not a savings. Again I pray we never have to stay at this hotel every again and i will advise all of my friends in Ministry that comes in town to ministry not to stay their, the Judges I work, lawyers, law enforcement. You should never judge a book by it's cover. I set up all types of conference for missionaries, and couples retreats.
Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: Bath. Not hot water, bathmat needed to be trashed
Pros: It was close to my sister's house.
Cons: When I reserved the room and upon check in let the manager know how many where in my party. Once in the room there were not enough towels and washcloths and I informed the manager and he told me I would have to wait until the morning to get more towels. So now me and my boyfriend and kids are supposed to go to bed dirty. Then the bathtub had hair in the drains and my girlfriend had to clean that. In the morning we try to use the telephone to call out no service. Was informed by the manager that someone hit the telephone pole and that's why they didn't have service. Went to the hotel next door they informed us the pole have been fixed and they had their phones working. Was just very unsatisfied with this property. Even the pool outside the water was Brown in.
Pros: It was ok the beds could of had better comforters and pillows and could of had more towels and toilet paper....
Cons: That i wasnt able to get my money back because i had to leave for a family emergency which pissed me the hell off!
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating - very kind
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect!
Pros: everything was ok
Cons: when me in my husband went in the room it was water on the floor then when I went to tell the manager he thought we turned the water on the keys was a little hard to get in the rooms
Pros: The quite, calm atmosphere
Cons: The shower control was broke but still works.

Pros: Only thing good about the hotel was that the tv worked and with decent shows
Cons: Payed the wrong price (got a discount on booking.com and when I got their they charged me a larger price, water leakage in the bathroom, hot water took forever to come out. Beds were hard and awful, etc.
Pros: Mim fridge, microwave, bed. The ac worked great! The sheets seem clean and the room was quiet.
Cons: It cost $6 more than the price online. I asked and they said that they hadn't gotten around to changing the price but that it is now $6 more and Once my card was charged there was no refunds.
Cons: Looks like it was partially renovated, most facilities were looked very old & unkept. WiFi was very limited. Most mornings the breakfast wasn’t available. It’s very limited to just a couple bread items with either some kind of milk, orange juice, or coffee.
Pros: The staff is a really nice group of people and I can tell they are trying really hard
Cons: The WiFi is kinda weak
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: I didn't like how run down it was. Like the owners just don't care at all.
Pros: Would not honor booking price. Carpets dirty and restroom in lobby area nasty. Trash at property. Staff unprofessional
Pros: Back in the summer we had a nice room. Not so lucky this time.
Cons: The floors where dirty. The place smelt badsome of rooms that people staying were trashy. The doors to these rooms were blocked open and is where some of the smell was coming from.
Cons: Looked nothing like the pictures. They didn't have me in their system showing I booked a room. The hotel had terrible odor and was not clean AT ALL. I tried to change my stay from two nights to just one night and the staff refused to give my money back.
Pros: The price per room per night was a value. Access to the hotel was easy.
Cons: Both rooms were not ready when we got there. Both rooms showed evidence of black mold and we're not clean. The breakfast was not presented well. All of tables had the chairs still on top every morning and little to no lights were on. We sat in the dining area with light from the hallway and asked the staff that seem to have just gotten up themselves to turn on some lights. This was both mornings between 8-9am. The staff seemed to live there and not work there.
Pros: .Nothing this place was Filthy
Cons: Nothing in this place it was all filthy.
Pros: Air Conditioning worked very well. The water got hot quickly. Bedsheets were clean and beds neatly made. The staff immediately tried to be helpful to overcome short comings.
Cons: Had to ask for toilet paper and soap. Deadbolt did not lock and we were next to outside door that did not close. No workable wifi code. Hallway carpets heavily stained. Huge jumble of electrical wires running across wall for fridge, TV and microwave. Curtains partially hanging off rods. Individually wrapped breakfast bagel smelled bad. Lobby had no lights on and no AC on. Some staff were barefoot.
