Pros: Location was good there was a store right by the place there was a park near by
Cons: I thought our room was a family room with a kitchen it was not. They told me it sleeps 6-7 people. We had 6 people the two beds were hard an the sofa bed was uncofble an losing springs we had to go buy a air mattress to have a place for everyone. For a family room it was small
7.5 Good
Pros: I loved the view of the mine.
Cons: The bed was really old and I wish there were more pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, Quiet, location (everything walking distance)
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Na
Cons: No communication. First night AC/fan went out. Next morning, it came back but cable was out. When staff was informed, the person who handles that wont be in until tomorrow... Maid service was not efficient. Know that set of galaxy buds was left in room and "no one" found them. Had to make numerous phone calls over a 2 day period because everyone had to ask someone else who was "off that day" so I couldnt get a straight answer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff! Clean and smells nice. Excellent location for roaming around town and sightseeing. Can stay in Idaho Springs and visit so many places in a short drive.
Cons: It's a cozy place, clean and neat but dated. The bathroom was clean, but needs a face lift/remodel. For the price, well worth it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value, great location, friendly employees, pretty clean. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Heater worked well. We were able to park right outside our room. Safeway is right next door, so you can walk over for groceries/beer. A nice little dispensary is also a short walk away. It's right down the street from the main drag of Idaho Springs (Miner Street). It's an easy, pleasant walk if it's nice outside.
Cons: The bathroom fixtures were a little older. Poorly painted spots on walls and other odd handiwork. Nothing important, just little details.

Pros: Spacious, clean
Cons: Old
1.0 Poor
Pros: There was no breakfast and we never even saw the manager
Cons: They were suppose to be non smoking rooms.. we didn't sleep all night due to the smoke smell in our room.. I'm still trying to launder the smell out of our clothes. My son has severe asthma.. and he struggled all night to breath. The cigarette buds all over outside our room told the story... I bet the folks just stood in the doorway and smoked.. it was horrible Don't stay in room number 1 if you have any smoke sensitivity.

Pros: the price was right the hotel room was large and clean. the casino was nice.
Cons: we ate at the dinner buffet at 5;00. it was the worse buffet we have ever had' the food was obviously left over from lunch. there was very little to chose from. there was 1 meat chicken. stall. potatoes has hard as a rock. we had to go somewhere else to eat.

Pros: I was really surprised when i opened that door to the room... i didn't think it would be that nice... i thought it would look the same as the outside kinda sh*tty but as an overall experience it was good.
Cons: No hot tub, small casino, not much food choice, and its a way from blackhawk if you want to drink... oh and i hate the smell of cigarettes which was around elevator, and entry ways...
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was big. We had dinner at the bistro and it was fantastic!
Cons: The service at the Grill was terrible. We were one of only two couples there and it took what seemed like forever just to get a BLT and a taco plate. Rice and beans were cold too.

Cons: Could only get a smoking room. It definitely smelled of smoke. Other than that, it was fine.
