Pros: The airfare is always reasonable and the service dependable.

Cons: Boarding can be a little chaotic. They announced boarding 10 minuter after we should have started.

Cons: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Cons: Check-in kiosks did not work, lots of holiday passengers, unfriendly groundstaff, resulted in transit passengers (such as myself) wasting lots of time and missing the flight. Groundstaff were unfamiliar with international flight transit process, which is very convoluted in Toronto. Never again.

Pros: Food

Cons: Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude.

Pros: It was a quick flight.

Cons: Cancelled flight due to cracked windshield. No back up options for aircraft or crew so I was sent on a completely different airline and route. Go Delta!

Pros: Drinks and snacks were fine.. Entertainment OK

Cons: Flight was 40 mins late. Plane was older than Noah's Ark.

Pros: Comfort plus seats gave extra leg space.

Cons: Probably more of a Newark airport thing but we were delayed on the runway for over an hour because of drizzle. That is a joke. You can fly in light rain.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Pros: The crew was amazing and the flight was fast and smooth. Seating was great

Cons: Nothing needs to be corrected

Cons: The crew was forced to stay seated the entire flight. They conversed very loudly the entire flight. It was very disruptive.

Cons: Four hour delay, rude gate agent, seat in front of me was broken making my already small space smaller, the plane smelled.

Cons: The main economy seats were far too narrow.
