Cons: Flight delayed but good

Cons: After boarding had to deplane and go on another aircraft.

Pros: The crew was helpful and everything was on time.

Cons: The ride was a bit rough at the end if the flight.

Cons: Needs to be more clear that you have to pay to bring bag on.

Pros: The crew did an amazing job routing us around the heavy bumps along the whole route (weather system). Short flight, so no food. Entertainment system is good, but too many ads.

Cons: The "mandatory" ads that run over the loudspeaker right after the safety announcement. Can't turn them off or lower the volume because they are transmitted for the whole cabin. While the entertainment system is very good, the general overabundance of ads is disheartening.

Pros: Spacious flight Cozy environment Comfortable sitting

Pros: This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning.

Pros: I liked waiting to fly until weather was good.

Cons: I disliked the long delay, no time for the drink cart.

Cons: Slight delay

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable. No space. Food made me sick.

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.
