Pros: It wasn’t amazing. It did its job

Cons: Too many ch of a charter flight focused on tourist going home from a week on the beach

Pros: Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water.....

Cons: Everything, no more Condor for me, I rather pay extra to fly with an decent airline with good seats and pitch wide and were they serve a glass of water for free

Cons: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Pros: The boarding was smooth and efficient. We left and landed on time.

Cons: One of the flight attendants was crabby and didn't want to provide a drink for my husband and myself, so we just dealt with a different attendant.

Pros: Everything, very nice crew . Just gave you the feeling you were in good hands . Would highly recommend Iceland air.

Cons: The crew was very interested in gossiping instead of assisting their first class passengers. I sat with the same trash since the 2nd hour on a 6 hour first class trip. The entire first class cabin all had their call lights on which were ignored for over an hour. If you asked for anything they seemed to be annoyed they had to stop talking to each other. The cabin was also very warm to be an international flight.

Cons: Food options

Cons: If the flight actually left! It was canceled for a reason that was not given. I was rebooked the next day on another airline. Lost a whole day.

Pros: Friendly and helpful crew

Cons: Disembarkation at Belfast

Cons: The only complaint I have was the bag dropoff counter. There was one person, checking in 9 airlines! A second person came after awhile, and they were amazing, polite and very efficient. But the wait to get to the counter was not acceptable. Even tho' we were fourth in line, they began calling people from the back for another, I guess, earlier flight, different airline. Understandable, but frustrating for those of us who arrived early, but had to wait. Otherwise, flying Aer Lingus was a pleasure.

Pros: I like how they boarded the back of the plane first!

Cons: The seats weren't as comfortable as other airlines. The food wasn't very good either.

Pros: Going through US Customs in Dublin is great, makes The landing home so much easier.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Flight was delayed 4 hours and when finally boarded we had to get off the plane for a crew change and wait another hour. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes before we took off. Worst flight of my life.

Pros: Good movie selection

Cons: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Pros: TAP is great to fly, friendly, safe and solid, nice crew

Pros: The crew was outstanding!

Cons: Slightly more comfortable seats would have been helpful.
