9.2 Excellent
Pros: Motorcycle securely parked under the hotel, the staff were great, obviously really busy but provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was fantastic and very tasty. The spa was good, all worked fine except steam room could have been a bit hotter and more steamy but we enjoyed all our time in there almost alone and it was very relaxing, sauna and Jacuzzi worth it. Internet strong, fast and reliable. 5 mins walk into centre of town. Really nice bedroom and bathroom, very comfy bed. Stayed there for 2 nights and all in all it was great and excellent value for money.
Cons: Air con a bit noisy, steam room in spa could have been hotter and steamier. Bar wasn't such a relaxing space but there was nice comfy, quiet seating outside in the lobby area.

Cons: I booked the accommodation as it advertised and outdoor pool, we arrived early afternoon on the Saturday, in 26 degree heat to find the pool had no water! If I had know this I would have booked a cheaper hotel, I paid above average as the pool was the selling point. Very disappointing

5.4 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Airco not working properly, too warm in the room to get any sleep. After we mentioned it at the reception the next day, someone would have a look at it. Did not hear/see anything/anyone, but still was not fixed. At checkout the next day we were told someone had a look but was working as intended. We had the airco on max our whole stay but temperature did not get below 26 degrees :(
7.9 Good
Pros: Pleasant and quiet location. Well equipped hotel.V
Cons: Dinner at restaurant was bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location, very clean and good food. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location just 5 minute walk from start of town centre and 8 mins to central square. Modern hotel, good restaurant, one of the best breakfasts you will come across. Always respond to my requests for 2nd floor, shower room not bath and extra pillows. Finally the prices can be unbelievably low mid week.
Cons: ???
9.2 Excellent
Pros: + big quiet room + good location + quiet + comfortable beds + good breakfast + 5 min. to Jaca + good price quality relation
Cons: - booking.com misunderstanding The interface of booking.com does provide filter for 2 persons and thus shows price for one room. At the reception at day of departure they wanted to charge more because of two guests. At the end the reception found a solution to our advantage and pleasure. Thank you.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice room, big pool, good restaurant and great buffet breakfast.
Cons: The outdoor area needed tidying up, weeds on pavers, odd broken cobble stones. Bar area not relaxing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Overnight stay on our way back home. Hotel was nice, staff friendly, place was clean. Nothing over the top about the place but was good for our purpose. As the temperatures were extremely hot that week, the air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Under ground parking was a plus for our motorbikes and secure.
Cons: Wasn't located by any great attractions that I remember but we were only looking for an over night stay with a pool and air conditioning because of the heat so that worked out well.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The sloping ceiling above the bed far to low
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, well appointed, parking on site
Cons: a little outside town. 20 mins to walk buisness hotel I guess but fine

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am a lone female traveling in Spain. Had no preconceived ideas of what type town this would be. It’s wonderful. The location is very good in that it’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk with backpack and wheeled luggage from train station. Easy walk into town as well. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Loved the shower! Couple running the hotel made sure I knew how to get around (their orientation to the town was excellent. I decided to stay here because I was interested in seeing an old monastery, San Juan de la Pena, a stunning structure whose game is that it once held the Holy Grail. There are no excursions for doing this, so they suggested a taxi (60€ round trip, plus under 10€ admission fee to the site- discounts for the admission fee was available to seniors and pilgrims holding the Camino credential (to pilgrims— you will love their sello). Besides the monastery, there are several churches worth a visit, as is a walk through of the citadel- forteleza
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. It was a decent place to stay. It was the least expensive of all the choices and it easily surpassed my standards. It is not meant to be fancy. It was clean and the bed was good. The location is good, situated between the train station and the bus terminal- a five minute walk at the most to the bus. And you can catch the Camino and continue your journey with easy access. The city is upbeat and the action is also a short 5-10 minute walk where you will find plenty of choice of restraunts and shopping. It is all you need if you want a good basic hotel.
Cons: Seemed to be missing some light of day. A little less light inside than other places but hey you’re probably not there to sit and you have 24 hour access to the outdoors. Good hotel. Good staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, private parking, and the room a stunning conversion at the top of the house. Most comfortable bed, air con. and spacious bathroom.
Cons: can't think of a thing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We did not eat at the hotel due to time restrictions on the hours
Cons: I know it is Spain but it was hard to communicate as the staff only spoke English.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfy bed. Great bathroom.
Cons: Walls made of paper. You can hear everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly owners and staff, fantastic value for money. Cycling friendly as we had bikes - let us use their huge garage and full facilities.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Secure garage for motorcycles.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: In a great location. Restaurant food was very good
7.5 Good
Pros: Welcoming staff, nice pool. Clean and comfortable
Cons: Parking is horrible in Jaca, in the high season there are no where near enough spaces. While that is not a hotel specific problem they should not give the impresssion that there is sufficient parking on their lot or close by.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location as well as it had a lovely feel about it, very comfortable and couldn’t wish for better. It was also great to park on the premises for free. Good internet connection.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike
9.2 Excellent

Cons: Caters largely for coach parties so can be very busy when coaches are arriving or departing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of the Old Town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the centre plus parking on site and good restaurant
Cons: Some of the items at breakfast were cold
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Right in centre of Jaca. Modern. Very clean. Room excellent. Breakfast very good choice.
Cons: Room was very noisy. Impossible to close room door without loud bang. To do with locking mechanism. Doors themselves fitted poor so all noise in corridor can be heard. Very echo sounding in corridor. There was an adjoining door between my room and next door. Again very poor fitting. Light and all sounds from adjoining room heard. Use your imagination ! Also tiny bolt on door giving very little security from adjoining room. The hotel seems to cater for coach parties who seemed to take over the place.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The location and underground parking. Housekeeping staff excellent
Cons: Dinner was limited in choice and not very nice. Breakfast was only continental available as coach party had been there before us and nothing replenished. Swimming pool was closed. This is not a 4* hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The secure parking for the motor cycles was fantastic with a lift straight up to the rooms. Check in staff were lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to get in to the restaurant for dinner so we went to the attached cafe and had the most amazing tapas, €1 per tapas and a fantastic selection. The young lady on duty was amazing, so smiley and hard working.
Cons: One room was next to the lift and this woke the occupants up several times. The whole of our floor was woken by guests from another floor knocking on a door and shouting as they appear to have had a friend on our floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to town centre, only a short walk away. Swimming pool was good (although a little chilly). Breakfast was good in the morning. All in all a good stay.
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many times. I like its situation in the town, its parking facilities and bedrooms.
Cons: This time we had a room with a tiny bathroom and a view overlooking the street. We prefer the rooms overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Garage parking. Comfortable hotel easy walking to town and old town
7.9 Good
Pros: The room’ size
Cons: The bathroom is small
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Useful location, easy access to the town. Spacious rooms. Secure, underground parking for motorcycles. Reasonable price..
Cons: Only a very minor point, some complimentary water would have been a pleasant touch.
7.1 Good
Pros: great position in the town centre, secure parking. big room, plaenty of space
Cons: Older gentleman on reception told us to book the restaurant as it was very busy. only 1 other couple in there when we went, English couple. it was not busy at all. He never told us that there was a festival in town with local cooking available. I felt we were conned by him, mislead. We asked him about a children's menu, he told us they did not have one and that children got charged 50% of the cost of the adult menu. This was not true, they did have a children's menu which they restaurant told us about when we had to pay for the meal. I feel that this man on reception conned us all round. There was a charge for parking that i did not see on the website of 9.50 euros per night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are more like suites, really very nice, large and modern decor. The area has plenty of cafes across the street. Interesting castle a couple of hundred metres down the street as well. Excellent secure underground car park.

Cons: A little tired and end of season so almost empty which has an effect on services.

Cons: Double bedroom and not a mirror in the room, yes one small one in bathroom. No car parking, with nearest tourist park some half a mile plus away. No access on to a highway outside. Pros: Friendly and helpful hosts who understand motorcyclists needs, so a secure garage space was provided for our bikes. Perfect location right on the centre of town. The breakfast was self serve but good. The bathroom was good with good water pressure etc.
Cons: Nice people but sadly I have to say the rooms are incredibly old fashioned and basic, to the point you have to laugh. My room felt like a convent dorm...not that I've been in one lol. There was a regular booming noise that sounds like it must be an ancient boiler kicking in ever 20 minutes or so.

Cons: Very pricy. I’m sure if I shopped around I would get the same cheaper.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was average and the lady providing breakfast was quite unfriendly. But we did enjoy the fruit and I think that the price is fair.
Cons: We were expecting a parking possibility as this is quoted on the website when booking the room. However, on arrival, there was no possibility to park our car and we received a fine whilst clarifying this information!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely. The location is very central to the main shopping area, and the castle. There is a secure garage at the side of the property for motorcycles to park in. 8 large bikes would probably fit in if properly parked, so excellent for groups.
Cons: The restaurant isn’t open, but there is excellent food in the shopping area across the main road. The local authorities had the path torn up outside for repairs. Not the hotels fault.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambience and friendly staff.
Cons: Not staying longer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant staff. Very secure parking arrangements. Extremely comfortable room on the third floor, so the lift was welcomed!
Cons: The breakfast was rather disappointing. The bread/croissants were a little stale and the coffee was warm rather than hot. The choice of items was somewhat limited.

6.3 Good
Pros: Easy to find and good location for a one night stop over while travelling back to UK. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Cons: We got a room at the front and we could hear the traffic all trough the night as close to main road. Very slim bath so not much room when showering. Opera was being played all through breakfast. Not much fun is you are not a fan.

Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: Hard to locate

7.1 Good
Pros: Good location in the heart of the town centre opposite the castle.
Cons: The outlook from the room was a grotty service area/external lift shaft with lots of ventilation noise.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very nice
Cons: The rooms were too old
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Right in the city centre, the lady on reception told us where the best tapas bar was - It was amazing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing much on this occasion!
Cons: We have stayed here on many occasions, I don't know if it's changed hands but the price has gone up and the quality has gone down. The breakfast which used to be good value and of reasonable choice and quality is now poor and to be honest the bread was inedible!! I'm sad to have to leave a negative review but having left positive reviews in the past it would unfair to potential guests not to warn them it's not like it used to be!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in the city center, close to the most important, the staff was very friendly. You can also enjoy the art in the hallways, it's unique.
Cons: Nothing to say.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The location okay
Cons: It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff were most unhelpful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Multiple visits to this hotel. Always good. Location is spectacular. Paid a little more this time to guarantee view over castle. So worth it. Ideal stopover for me, travelling on through France. Free parking close by. Multiple bars and restaurants within metres of hotel door.
Cons: No complaints!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Room was tired with poor facilities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay over. Friendly reception desk only too eager to help. So much history preserved within the building. Definitely going back.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything -- Hotel unmanned, sign on door all in Spanish -- had to go 300 metres to book in at Hotel Mur. Collected card to gain access and another for room, on entry quite cold as freezing outside. Room was downstairs (so colder) had to wave arms round to get light to come on in corridor. Room was very cold so plugged electric fire in straight away. Curtains were high up as window was level with ground outside and windows had bars on -- like a jail !! Even the wallpaper was stapled on Behind kettle and microwave --- it was that bad you had to laugh. Went out to pub for a warm, slept there and left, wont be going back --- it was a cheap hotel and it proved it !!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities you would expect of a higher grade hotel for a superb price. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits TV WiFi Hair Dryer, Shower, Telephone, plenty of storage, card controlled electricity etc!
Cons: Take care everyone - my booking was with Hotel Las Nievas however on arrival that hotel was closed up! A speaker phone plus map told you to walk 300m down the road to the Hotel Mur! However the Booking.com deal was honoured and I had Dinner B and B for EUR49. Sadly the dinner was probaly the worst I have had in my 14 years in Spain!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy and clean room. Perfect location for exploring Jaca
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Near facilities. Nice balcony and view.
Cons: Had to contact a different hotel on arrival.Inconvenient!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I was up graded to the Hotel Mur. the old world structure and decor of the internal building.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: If you have a car parking is a problem cost me 18.50 euros. Reception is not at hotel so you have to drag your bags 350 meters down the road to check in. Room was a dingy dark in the basement. Not recommended very poor value for money
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows . Room was quite cool despite the heat. Good location for centre and restaurants.
Cons: The basement smelt of drains . There wasn't much room between the bed and the wall and I stubbed my toe a couple of times. No designated parking , have to park in a side street but wasn't any available places. Had to check in and get the key at another hotel . There would have been a €50 cancellation fee which forced my hand to stay there
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No parking! But advertised Not very clean I could barely sit on the toilet as there was just no room Was not until after I booked it, I was told to go to another hotel for key collection and breakfast if I wanted it
6.7 Good
Pros: The first problem was the reception which was a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Then the available parking area was just a normal parking place for everyone and so one had to wait like anyone else for parking. Finally the bunk bed system was awful.
Cons: The beds and the parking and also some form of room ventilation, even a fan.
