Pros: This is a beautifully situated chateau in the town of Jausiers, the Southern Alps. We stayed here for one night. Upon arrival we were met by the warm and friendly proprietor, Robert Boudard who helped us with the luggage. Our room (201) was elegant ,spacious and beautiful. We were on the second floor with a terrace overlooking the garden and outdoor swimming pool. We had everything that we needed in the room and the wifi worked well. It was a great experience in a lovely quaint and luxurious hotel.
Pros: Great property immaculately presented. Wonderful rooms. Great food
Cons: We were charged an extortionate amount for the laundry of our cycle kit. €60 to wash 4 pairs of kit - definitely not good value for money.
Pros: When we arrived it was later than expected 10.00 pm. The Staff where very friendly and helpful and looked after the luggage. When i ask if we could get an evening meal expecting the restaurant closed it was 10.00 pm .The checked with the chef and we where taken to the restaurant and served an excellent meal . The Bedroom was large and very nicely presented quite with a lovely garden view. Great breakfast fresh food with a good selection. Highly recommended wonderful place to stay .
Pros: Nice accommodation and staff very helpful. Pool available and a bar located in the garden. For our needs with a nightstop on a roadtrip top notch.
Cons: Price for the menu in the Restaurant slightly high.
Pros: Breakfast was great and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very accomodating in letting us eat in the restaurant late on the evening of our arrival, finding us somewhere to eat another evening, allowing us a late check-out, etc..
Cons: There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.
