Cons: Cancel my flight

Pros: Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline.

Cons: United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour on the tarmac

Pros: It’s been a while since I have flown United, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the crew on both of my flights were. I flew basic economy and was treated better and had as much leg room as with “upgraded service” from another carrier with an American name. After this experience I’ll go out of my way to book on United. Thanks

Pros: Super comfortable and inflight entertainment was amazing

Cons: Too hot. Bathrooms were dirty. No leg space in comfort+.

Pros: On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed riu server coffee, water and snacks.

Cons: Slight delay

Cons: Flight was delayed for over 3 hours and I still don’t know why.

Cons: They make flights to depart on time. Also they should tell anything about the reason when they are delaying four times for a flight

Cons: The crew seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Cons: Heat in the plane!

Cons: For Air Canada to go bankrupt.

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Cons: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Pros: Flight was on time and clean.

Cons: They missed by special meal once.
