Cons: Smallest plane ever. Absolutely no leg room or overhead space.

Pros: Fast food service

Cons: Very narrow seats in coach. If you’re sitting next to a larger person expect to be crunched.

Cons: The amount of space! I’m only 5’7”, 125lbs and I was absolutely squished in this seat. Oh and we waited an hour in the tarmac for a maintenance guy to fix a computer? Why can’t they figure this out before we board? It’s better to sit at the gate than in your cramped airplanes.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Be on time. Run planes that aren’t constantly breaking down.

Pros: Normal flight. WestJet is a great airline to travel on.

Pros: The crew were very accommodating as they were able to get me a wheel chair on short notice....thank you, thank you. The seat was not the best because the seat-back did not recline (we were seated in front of the EXIT row)....not good.

Cons: A service of H20 should have been offered...especially when leaving very dry Palm Springs.

Pros: nice but slow in business class

Cons: Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests.

Pros: Fast!

Pros: Crew was exceptionally nice. Live DISH TV unexpected and appreciated.

Pros: Super friendly staff, great service and delicious food. The competition has nothing compared to Delta. We’re switching

Pros: Decent entertainment options and snack offerings.

Cons: Last 6-8 rows were vacant and for some reason Someone was still seated directly next to me. Why on earth the flight attendants (otherwise great) didn’t make an announcement that there was no need to share a row and encourage people to spread out is beyond me. I mean this is the only flight I can remember in a decade that wasn’t nearly or fully booked, you’d think they’d emphasize that. Instead I got to be trapped like it was a full flight next to a guy with no concept of personal space.

Pros: Free direct tv

Cons: Poor complimentary headphones; temperature was cold duration of flight; sat on plane for an hour before taking off waiting to de-ice; very rough landing.

Pros: One of the flight attendants attitude. She was very nice, polite and smiling all the time. I don't see that very often in economy cabin.

Cons: Better snacks and entertainment. There is no food and no screens on this flight.

Pros: Spaciousness of the aircraft, friendliness of the crew and plenty empty seats!

Pros: Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline.

Cons: United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!
