10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of hotel and price and location. Front desk people very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room on the second floor was located above the area of an outdoor gazebo. Early morning, workers would take their break there and their chatter was a little louder than necessary.
5.8 Okay
Cons: That had no other alternative when the only single air mattress they possess did not work
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We got linnens for the kids to sleep on the floor. At least that.
Cons: Booked a room with 2 beds for my family of 4. Arrived to a room with 1 bed. Hotel did nothing with the excuse that i booked on booking.com. It was Binghamton college move in day so all hotels were full and we could find an alternative. My kids slept on the floor. The lack of empathy was so disappointing. If you cant gurantee what you sell thru booking.com then dont sell thru them. Dont use it as an excuse. Cant get much worse than having your guests sleep on the floor.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was vomfy
Cons: Value for the money thos was not a class hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bed was fantastic!! The check in staff was great. Short dark hair, dressed in a tie...very nice!
Cons: Price was a little high
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Soft pillows
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is basic but they allow pets and that was big in their favor. If there was a breakfast, we didn't see it but that doesn't mean there wasn't one. Issues we had included a misunderstanding over the pet fee(s) and charges to our credit card that shouldn't have happened but were quickly rectified. Too, the pet fees are a bit over the top...so much so that one guest left their two little pooches in their minivan all day and overnight :( On the other hand, the room was clean, comfy and well equipped.
Cons: A little more green space would have been nice. Hotel is surrounded by concrete and gets a bit of noise from Vestal Parkway.
6.3 Good
Pros: I love the location, and the room was clean. The breakfast was good. I like the pool, being a person in fitness I wish the exercise room had more equipment. Parking was easy. And the bed was amazing.
Cons: The the people above my room which was 222 kept me up all night. And woke me early in the morning. They were extremely loud, this is my second stay at this location and this happened the last time with a rugby tournament the following day. The fact that I could hear every movement and it literally sounded like elephants above me made my stay miserable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness and the staffs
Cons: None
4.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very nice
Cons: The person who checked me in was not friendly and welcoming she seemed to get an attitude when you questioned her procedures. She was more detailed with my check in than other customers all other staff were very nice and courteous and friendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Love the location. Close to Binghamton University and shopping. Hotel was clean and staff was wonderful. I stayed in a queen suite. It was immaculate! Will be staying here on my next visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: super clean and quiet
Cons: there was some confusion at check in and then my did not work the second day of my stay

Pros: The location was easy to find right off the highway. The breakfast was good (eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruit). Convenient walk for dinner at Applebee's or Cracker Barrel. The room was clean and a good size. It was perfect for a one night stay while we visited Howe Caverns and Animal Adventure Park.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room. Excellent breakfast with many choices.
Cons: Nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: The morning coffee and staff
Cons: Bed was too soft.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very clean, simple to find everything, very good breakfast! Kids looked the make your own waffle station, (of course supervised ;)Staff members were nice when I needed a extra cot she brought it up to us like within 15 minutes. Short drive to alot of things even walking distance of the movies!
Cons: We didnt like that the spa had been sealed up, when booking I seen no mention of it being out of order. (Yes I could have not seen that part if IT WAS mentioned) so that was a little disappointing the pool & spa were the many reasons we wanted it for kids and us adults. If we had known we probably wouldn't have booked there. The bathrooms were a bit small also they were just oddly placed with the room the bathroom had.
6.5 Good
Pros: Proximity to restaurants and Binghamton University.
Cons: Inflated prices due to the graduation. Beds were not comfortable and were sunken. Breakfast was subpar. Breakfast staff was not too friendly. It would have been nice to hear a “good morning”.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had a nice variety of food. Location was awesome to have gas & resturants near by within walking distance.
Cons: More parking for trailers
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent..with one exception. The check in time...we arrived after checkin time and rooms were not ready. We said OK we are here for a graduation so we will go to get the graduate and be back. Well over an hour still not ready. We were irritated because we were only there for a short time Saturday evening until Sunday morning . THe graduation was at 9a so we would be checking out at 730am. The cost of the room was quite high due to Graduation weekend. We didn't realize the rooms should have been reserved a year ahead of time. The desk person said you were booked from the previous night and rooms weren't ready .There was nothing you could do. We said the Staff should have been increased to accommodate the guests. Especially, since we at first left to give them time to ready the rooms and upon return still not ready. Another Mgr came over and asked what seemed to be the issue? We told her and we said the other person didn't even aoologize. Not that an apology would change anything. This 2nd person said well if its going to be a "Production". My frieinds and I said at the same time.."Excuse me?" that was fresh. We didn't question increase in the cost of room and we were ok when we arrived that our rooms were not ready...but to come back and still they were not ready! This is not good customer service" She then said, I didn't mean it that way. At that moment two associates from the cleaning Staff came over and asked the woman what could they do..They went and got the rooms ready which was about a twenty minute wait. The rooms were excellent ..as a matter of fact I asked at checkout what kind of mattresses are used. THe gentleman told me and also said how I could go on line and check out the various items offered. Which I am going to do. Mattress was fantastic...and the pillows and linen as well. Reminds me of the Heavenly Bed ensemble.
Cons: Rooms could have been ready in a more reasonable time. We reserved two rooms and neither were ready so we couldn't even leave our bags in one while the other could have been finished. THey did however offer to hold them at the desk but we declined
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice with great location.
Cons: Hot tub was not hot the first night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean...friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast food was average. Nothing spectacular.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms for a very great price - excellent for the long drive stopover!
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many many times. The breakfasts have always been great .The motel is comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. One thing you might like to look into is redoing the bathrooms. Get rid of the tubs and have walk-in showers. They are easier to clean and safer to get in and out of.Other then that you have a great motel..Dorothy English
Cons: Walk in showers and taller toilets.

7.5 Good
Pros: Clean bedroom. Bathroom door is enormous for the size of the bathroom so you're in the way of yourself when you want to close it. Bathroom was renovated but bathtub was not. Tub basin clearly dated.
Cons: A little pricey. Lobby concession/Cafe closed at 930 am. No water bottles in the room, only option was $2.25 small bottle of distilled water sold in lobby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was great, i didnt have time for breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It's location was conveniently located and back off the highway so it was quiet.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the pool. It was small and very crowded.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed, whole setup and small comfy couch
Cons: Bathroom and shower too small, not designed for two people to be in there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am a big Marriott fan. Nicest rooms, comfiest beds, best quick bites and breakfasts.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was great. We missed breakfast and the cafe was closed. The barista made us coffee and offered yogurt and scones, even though everything was already packed away. The gym and pool are small, but were great to have on property.
Cons: Cleaning of the room needs a little extra attention. The taps in the shower didn't look super clean and had a hair from previous guest on it. Also, the tub was a bit clogged.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Was surprised there was not a complimentary continental breakfast included for this price. The price was significantly elevated for this weekend so service should have been elevated as well.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Faucets were not wiped down. My reservation email indicated my cost would be $157.07 and the charge was $162.02. There was actually a charge to my checking account of $180.00. I will be calling the hotel to question the $180.00 charge.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very lovely hotel except we were in a room that faced an outdoor light making it impossible to get our room dark for sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location , cleanliness
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness. Comfy bed.
Cons: No creamers for the coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was very small.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food cholce
Cons: More vending

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
Cons: There could be more trash and recycling cans around
1.0 Poor
Pros: The hotel was average but the air conditioning did not work in the room and I was awake most of the night sweating
Cons: See above
7.1 Good
Pros: Loved the cookies. Nice staff
5.8 Okay
Pros: We appreciated the warm cookies and the check and staff was very nice.
Cons: Was not up to standard and had a lot of maintenance issues. I made a complaint when we were checking out and was told this somebody will call me the next day and as of today no one has called. There was duct tape hanging over the door to hold up a fixer fixture, the bathroom floor was not clean, the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, the room had not been dusted at all it was so dusty, there were water stains on the ceiling. My husband and I were very disappointed we felt like they gave us the worst room in the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy and fast
7.1 Good
Pros: Eh
Cons: Weak water pressure
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and cleanliness
Cons: Nothing
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Did not trust the waitress who brings up the food for room service. So, we did not have breakfast, went out into the downtown area instead. The staff overall was not the most friendly, with the exception of the front desk girl. She was nice and helpful from the time she first saw us on day one, to the time we left on day four.
Cons: The attitude of the manager was very stoic and not the most friendly when we walked into the hotel. He handed us cookies out of what seemed to be an obligation, instead of good customer service and care. The waitress who brought up our room service was not friendly. It was a white woman with dark hair. Upon entering she never spoke when she was in the room and was not friendly. So, that made us uncomfortable with ordering frequently from the bistro downstairs and opted instead to get a few groceries from outside of the hotel. NOT LIKELY TO STAY HERE AGAIN.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the 4th time we stayed while visiting in the area. It has never disappointed! Rooms are clean and updated. Perfect place!
Cons: Nothing....we will make this hotel are first choice when we visit again!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was fun for the kids. Extremely clean top to bottom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was given a room on the 7th floor that overlooked the baseball stadium....and because the team was playing at home each night I was there, and they were doing fireworks after home games, I could see them from my window!
Cons: The location looked to be an older part of town that perhaps is starting to experience revival. The hotel itself seems very safe. I would suggest that smokers could be encouraged to go a bit farther from the door.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is quite pretty and I love the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps
Cons: This hotel is not one for a traveler that wants to get off an exit quickly to sleep and quickly get back on the road. In my defense, I did call the hotel to see how far they were from 81 but their response (5 minutes) did not match reality.

Cons: Place is run down; needs updates. Rooms are small. No amenities. Golf course is not well maintained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property located with a golf course. Smaller hotel. Very nice room
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was surrounded by nature which was phenomenal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location on the hill and beautiful surrounding. Nice staffs.
Cons: A little dated but that has character.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed lumpy, uncomfortable lopsided
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable
4.2 Okay
Pros: We stayed here probably 10 times within the past 2 years and our rooms were always great. This time around, we noticed the lack of housekeeping in our suite and the facility itself. Dirty stains on the carpet and old outdated furniture that should be replaced. The bath tub drain/stopper was broken and we couldn't give our toddler a bath, did the staff ask if we wanted to switch rooms? No.
Cons: What's the point of having a hotel bar if it's rarely ever open? If you have guests staying at your hotel, the amenities should be available for your guests. Period. Also our breakfast the second morning was definitely all the left overs from the previous day. Gross looking fruit salad and hard pastries and scones. It's unfortunate that we will no longer stay here. Oh and if you want a fridge in your room it's $10 per night. Absolutely ridiculous.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming atmosphere and architecture. Different from the other standard hotels.
Cons: No
7.9 Good
Pros: The property was beautiful.
Cons: The facilities are clearly old and worn.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hidden Gem. Historic
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Small room and starting to age. Mine was on the ground floor, no views but it must have had a neon sign outside my window because it was very bright all night
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was decent but nothing truly special. The check in process too a little longer than most and the room was adequate up nothing more. The staff was friendly but I honestly was not impressed with the hotel.
Cons: The location was hard to find. The parking lot was a bit archaic. You have golf carts and guests negotiating the same parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a family funeral. We have always been happy with the hotel and the staff. They do an excellent job. placing a comfortable sitting chair in the room would make it perfect.
Cons: No comfortable chair to sit in for reading. We used to go into the living room with the fireplace and sofas to read, but that has been converted to more tables for the tavern.

Cons: I was hoping it had a fireplace

Pros: The staff was great
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for us especially the closeness to our sons university
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My family and I were in town for a funeral. We enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities that were provided with our room. It definitely provided more than just a basic hotel room and I liked the more homelike amenities.
Cons: No complaints.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very close to university
Cons: Handicap studio with bathtub equipped with handicap seat that would not stay up. Impossible to take a bath.
7.5 Good
Pros: Reasonable size Bed, Room not crammed, Clean kitchen and toilet areas.
Cons: Faulty door lock, Coffee machine old, lobby too small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large Queen Studio Rooms. Spacious. Right across from Campus. Hop and skip to food. Great kitchen area.
Cons: I’m 6ft 4 and the shower was meant for somebody about a foot shorter than me. Wasn’t the end of the world, but whatever.. luckily it was only one night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very welcoming and also sympathetic, as we were in town for my mother's funeral service. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of choices. The hostess was very pleasant and did an exceptional job of monitoring the buffet and offering assistance, as needed.
Cons: We would have preferred a choice of firmness with the bed pillows.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and had a full kitchen. Fitness center looked very nice but didn't have time to use it.
Cons: "Suite" was not quite accurate. I expected a separate living area from the bed area, I.e., more privacy from the third person in the room, but it was basically one large room with kitchen. Blanket was thin and there should have been an extra. Heating system cycled on and off noisily.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn was located less than a half mile from where I was doing business. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and we were definetly pleased. I did not realize breakfast was included until we checked in so that was an extra bonus. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. Great coffee too. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and will be recommending it to anyone in the area.
Cons: I honestly can not think of anything that would have made it better.
7.5 Good
Pros: The suite was very nice. Really enjoyed the fireplace, although they sell the logs for it at a expensive rate.
Cons: Food was left in the refrigerator from previous guests. Bed mattress was very hard, not too comfortable.

Pros: I liked the space and lay out of room. Convenient location. Was quiet at night and in morning but once in a while could hear next room talking clearly.
Cons: Cleanliness was poor. Was not as clean as I would like. Had to wipe things down. Dusty, windows were both highly smudged with hand prints. Just not well kept. Couch bed was full of crumbs and had mattress pad was stained and torn. I asked for new one they said they had none. I pulled it off and used 2 sheets. Refrigerator needed wiped down also. Strong mold smell in the pool area hallway that we walked through each time.

Pros: All was fine except there was a bunch of hair in the shower which was there when we arrived. We told the front desk and when Housekeeping came to remove it, they did not see it. 4.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. And the beds were comfortable. That’s about all.
Cons: The place was under construction, and we had to enter by the back door. Bathroom and sink were separate, and both were VERY TINY! Just one small sink in the hallway area, with no room beside it whatsoever to place your toiletries, etc. The bathroom toilet seat was put on crooked, and there was no vent in the bathroom. After I took my shower, I grabbed a bath towel, and it was very damp—due to all the moisture in the bathroom. There was no choice of a room with queen beds—which I would have preferred. It was either one king, or two doubles. My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter stayed in a 2-doubles room—and they found the bed they slept in much too small for 2 people. The outdoor pool had been closed by the Health Department, and was green and unusable. There was no indication of floors, either in the elevator or on the wall outside when the elevator opened. Many guests got confused as to what floor they were on when the elevator opened. The location, on Front Street, seemed to be in the poorer section of the town. There was a lot of construction going on in that area, which made it a pain to try to navigate to where we wanted to go. We chose that motel because its breakfast was highly-rated—and we found that to be true. Other than that, and the fact that the beds were comfortable—there wasn’t much I could find to recommend it. The next time, I would not go there—but to a different place with more atmosphere (like the former Best Western in Johnson City—which we had stayed at before).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, very comfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Lobby was lovely. Breakfast had many choices.
Cons: Our room felt cruddy and should have been cleaner. Shocked to see the outside entry all torn up. No water in pool. Elevator was old. Hallways needed TLC.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Continental breakfast and price
Cons: Front entrance under repair, no sign telling you where to go
6.7 Good
Pros: Convenient location near places to eat, shop.
Cons: Not sure if entire property was under construction but it felt that way. We paid a lot for a low end hotel...was fine to just sleep...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: for the price - the hotel was great - convenient and suited my minimal needs .. the attached restaurant with included discount was perfect and the breakfast was as expected
Cons: unfortunately the hotel quality has gone down in the 2 years since my last visit .. lots of stains on the furniture - very worn and dirty carpets - unkempt bathrooms.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Not much - location convenient for the Interstate is about the only plus point
Cons: Dated Room was cramped and very brown - depressing Very poor breakfast, especially the juice and coffee TV reception and screen very poor Construction work going on out front Swimming pool not open Very expensive - no reduction offered
9.2 Excellent
Pros: we got what we@paid for.
Cons: It was having renovations done but that wasn’t a problem
4.6 Okay
Pros: Hotel under construction & was not made aware even when I called 2 times before arriving. Being handicapped and having to climb steps & not being able to use the pool after an 8 hr ride was very frustrating. Which caused me lots of pain all nite with not much sleep. Would not go back to a hotel which was not forthcoming about the situation.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our favorite hotel for sleeping comfort-perfect mattress, perfect pillows, perfect down comforter for both summer and winter. Our king size room was huge, also had a convertable love seat. Great location, within 10-20 min of so many activities.
Cons: Restaurant at the hotel is Japanese style, probably my least favorite and definitely would not have more than once in a week. Same old same free breakfast "buffet"...old, bitter decaf coffee, no oatmeal in sight. Our room was freezing, heat did not work, just blew more cold air. Tiny bathroom compared to rest of the room-only a 3x3foot space to towel dry .
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean and tidy. It met my expectations. The lady who working in the breakfast section is super sweet! She refill all the food and utensils frequently. She brought lollipops for my teens! What a surprised for them! It was a very good beginning of the day. ❤️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing to say the least. The pool was very clean and well maintained. I wish we could have checked in sooner given that we were arriving for a motocross race and couldn't get back there until 7 pm but the check out not being until noon was helpful!
Cons: Honestly, there wasn't much I did not like.

Cons: The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, room was comfortable. I don't have any complaints.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We love this hotel. It's right in downtown Binghamton and just a really nice place to stay. Our view was of the downtown; not so great when the sun was out, but outstanding at night! There's a big difference between staying in the downtown than staying at one of the budget hotels on the highway.
Cons: We had a very small room compared to past experience. We did ask for early check-in (45 minutes shouldn't make that much difference, should it?), and got the last room down the hall, right next to the maintenance closet. Just didn't feel great. The bathroom was very small, and the coffeemaker hardly fit over the refrigerator, leaving no room to prepare your coffee—awkward. Ehhh to this room. Same great beds though!
7.5 Good
Pros: I like that it was convenient to Binghamton University for move in day
Cons: I had thought that I had an executive suite which would have faced the river instead of the front which was a parking lot and empty lot.

4.6 Okay
Pros: Proximity of the parking lot to the Inn.
Cons: Poor, poor maintenance. Cracked sink - since a long time before. Frame in mirror broken -for a long time. Room did not strike me as truly clean. At least to my satisfaction - to make me feel at home. This Inn is tired, Check your competition if you want to see an exceptional stay and I don't mean Best Western Inn either. Affordable but Quality Inn here misses the mark. Don't just lower your price, Fix the place up!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room were clean and good condition
Cons: Many things in lobby isn’t working
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean, bathroom very clean & it all smelled clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly
Cons: If they can't find a part for the old, broken ice machine then get a new one. Or get bagged ice & have it in a small freezer so travelers can have ice. As travelers, we need ice. Traveling with dogs, it would be nice to have the only grassy area on the property (in the back) mowed so it can be used. All outside doors should only be accessible with a room key. We were in rm 119 & used the side door. The entrance door facing the parking lot could be opened without a key. The door around the corner needed a key. For everyone's safety, no one should be able to get into the building without a room key, except the front door!
7.5 Good
Pros: the hotel was clean no trash all over the place and not dirty in the hallways.
Cons: In our room the toilet had the flush handle falling out of the toilet. Everytime you needed to flush you had to push the handle in. Then in the tub there was other peoples hair bunched up in the drain I had to use a wade of tissue paper to pull and clean the hair. Bathroom was very small and needed attention.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice economy motel. Room was clean, comfortable with all the amenities you would expect including a refrigerator aand microwave. At check in Mr. Patel was very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again the next time I'm in the area.
Cons: There was a maintenance issue in that the hot water was not working. Based on everything else on my stay is just one of those things that can happen. I would suggest a better review of the rooms before rental.
