Pros: We loved our stay. Emily the innkeeper was warm and welcoming. Tucker Peak Lodge was spacious and had great views of the valley below - including some soaring eagles! There were lots of little extras like snacks and tea and coffee, and the little township of Julian was so sweet, with lots of food choices and heaps of history.

Pros: Quaint, most amazing views!
Cons: All was fine
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is very quiet and serene. Even though it is a lodge, you are unaware there are other guests. The place was full and we didn't hear anyone. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was great having the microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in our room but we also had full access to the kitchen. It was a great stay and we plan to return soon.
Cons: The carpet needed cleaning in front of the fireplace. Something I personally don't care about because I could see how it happened and I also understand you are in the country, but I know someone else would probably care.

The room was very clean and tidy, well stocked with towels and toilet paper, an extra blanket and pillow. Great location in regards to staying in Julian, very close to everything. The hotel gave a very warm and inviting feeling, as they also have fruit infused water along with coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa by the front desk. Pros: Fantastic location, nice breakfast & nice staff
Cons: Small room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Set away from the major street without being too away from the downtown area.
Cons: The breakfast area had no music whatsoever and felt like a library where one should not speak or make too much noise. Could truly transform that experience by playing some simple background music, making it feel more welcoming! Also, the front desk agent for check-out seemed to be a bit robotic and perhaps having a bad day.

Pros: I like the location of it and the pool on site although we and other guests were the ones cleaning the pool and fixing the float for the kids to use it.

For the three days I was there the pile just got bigger The bedroom should have paper plates and fork and knives
