Amazing hotel! Beautiful pools and close to beachfront.
I really appreciated the range of dining options and activities. Great location as it is right on Karon Beach, which is a quieter beach than Patong Beach. The hotel offered a free shuttlebus service to Patong Beach. Great fitness facilities and the spa looked nice as well, even though I did not go there. I would definitely stay at this hotel and bring my whole family next time!!
I would have appreciated being able to check in early. I had to wait for 2 hours prior to check in time at 2pm. Other than that, no complaints!
