Pros: Convenient location, modern facility
Cons: Mix up in original reservation, caused us to scramble for another hotel for our first two nites in another location. A large tour group dominated the hotel and breakfast facilities.

Pros: Very close to the station and also right in the middle of kashiwa. Great place rooms were nice. Staff were friends and always smiled

Pros: First of all, I love Kashiwa because there’s lots of restaurant near the area and of course there’s a Don Quijote near by. And also one of the best part is it’s 10mn away from the train station.
Cons: Nothing. Everything is perfect!

Pros: Location is good, and the breakfast is reasonable.
Cons: Some times there are large tour groups that fill up the small cafeteria so it becomes uncomfortable. So, try to time it so you miss the tour groups. I have stayed here 6 times and only recently started to have the problem with the tour groups.

Cons: Breakfast was uninspiring; not much variety and only two menus (Mon, Wed, Fri, ... and Tue, Thur, Sat...). No-smoking room had a funny smell as if it'd been used by smokers.

Pros: Conveniently located nearby Kashiwa Station. Perfect for business in that area of Tokyo. Room was large and well furnished. Carpet in the corridor is not new and there is a subtle smoking smell which disappears in the room. Overall impression is good and I will surely use this hotel in the future. Staff is very professional and speaks English rather well.

Pros: We stayed in a studio which was huge for a place in Japan. With a private bathroom, washer and kitchen we were able to go to the local farmers market and live like a rich Japanese family. The hotel, train line and city is new. I showed my friends who have been going to Japan annually for the past decades and they thought the place was great as well.
Cons: Be sure to book early the rooms get booked fast and we were unable to stay in the studio the whole trip. The mattress are firm because but they are new and that is a personal preference.

Pros: This is a really great place to stay in Kashiwanoha. It is very close to the station and LaLaport (a shopping mall). If you are visiting the University Of Tokyo, the shuttle bus leaves from right outside the hotel. The staff are always polite and helpful, and they are willing to accommodate requests.
