Pros: Well placed Nice employee Everything at disposal
Pros: Great breakfast great location excellent staff
Cons: Perhaps air conditioning especially in the warmer months
Pros: The cafe was very good. Breakfast was great, coffee was nice. Room was warm.
Cons: Didn't like sharing a bathroom. Room was very small.
Pros: Best breakfast I had on my whole trip! And GREAT location!
Pros: Charming small hotel in the heart of the city centre of Køge. We got a family room for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children) with two nice and wide double beds. We had access to a lovely terrace, a nice backyard next to a canal. Before arrival we got instruction on how to get the key - arrived after reception was closed. A parking space was given to us in the backyard, and although the access was narrow it was nice to have the car in a protected area. We drove a Renaulte Megane, and that one barely managed to go through the gate. We shared bathroom/toilet (in the hallway) with three-four other rooms. Great breakfast and fantastic staff! Whats not to love!
Cons: Stairs up to second floor was very narrow, so big suitcase is a problem
Pros: Great location
Cons: You can hear the noise from the street but luckily the city is small and quiet in the nights.
Pros: Location is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: Our room, # 3, overlooked the street and had no aircon so we had to leave the windows open all night. The first night was a Sat and was very noisy all night and early morning, making sleep very difficult. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though the hotel has a no smoking policy. Breakfast was just adequate, really set up for European taste i.e. cheese and cold meat.
Pros: Slightly limited but perfectly satisfactory. Comfortable area set aside for breakfast. Stocks regularly replenished.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Pros: Cute hotel, tiny cosy room, that had a cattle, tea and coffee for free. Breakfast was superb and also staff was really friendly.
Pros: Lovely breakfast cafe
Cons: Front bedroom very noisy with cars driving past on cobbled road despite double glazing and ear plugs . Very hot when windows are shut.

Pros: Pleasant and welcoming staff. Secure bicycle storage. Good restaurant and good food
Pros: A good Scandinavian experience. Facilities were very good standard. Nice room and access to the beach possible. I swam every morning but it takes about 10 minutes to reach the water. Food was very good especially the breakfast
Cons: Dinner many could be improved. It was little different from the bar food.
Pros: The breakfast was rather "limited" offering.
Pros: The hotel is very new, big room with nice furniture and comfortable bed, free parking on site , restaurant with nice view, balcony but you are lucky if it's not facing the parking area and workshop. Close to the town center, 10 min walking. The furniture is modern but we thought some designer should work there and place everything and make room really cosy.
Cons: They take deposit of 500 dkk when you are checking in. Do not understand why, no mini bar in the room and no one can leave the bar or restaurant without payment. We got only 1!! big towel for 2 persons and girl at the reception said they do not have big one avaliable and offered us 2 small. :( Phone did not work in the room, so it was not possible to contact reception you need just go there if any. No AC in the room and in this summer weather not easy to sleep. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and they are not close to each other, which is not very convinient. Check out at 10 a.m which also too early for this kind of hotel. We liked food at restaurant but even the hotel was full of guests they had limited summer menue which is also strange. The staff was very kind and helpfull but when we start to pay for dinner the terminal did not work, we tried several times and finally asked the waitress to change this machine and it worked. If you got a room whis is facing parking are you will hear all cars passing buy bcs of main road and then after 7 am the workshop started to do some noisy jobb. We travel a lot around Denmark but it is not a place where I will return.
Pros: Very good
Cons: Room was not clean, hairs in the sink, dirty carpet and poor response from reception. King size bed is double bed with thin top mattress
Pros: Close proximity to the beach.
Cons: The room smelled musty after the air freshener the cleaners had used wore off. Not a great value.
Pros: Marek, the waiter, He made up for what the others missed upon.
Cons: The Hotel asked beforehand if we would like to dine in their Restaurant. On the booking we had made clear that we‘d arrive by bicycles and we‘d bring our little dog. We appreciated the offer to dine as the visit was thought to be a highlight of our Trip. The unpleasant surprise was when we were asked to leave the restaurant due to our little dog. Information from our side was given and the handling of the situation was sadly non-guest orientated. Fortunately Marek realized the circumstances and reacted professionally and saved the evening
Pros: Everything about this hotel is first class, especially the breakfasts - great selection of hot and cold food, juices, smoothies. Great location with a short walk from a sandy beach. Staff very helpful and rooms spacious and comfortable.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had air conditioning because the weather was very hot and sunny with sticky nights.
Cons: Unfriendly welcome. We had booked two rooms: one for my wife and myself and one for the kids. I asked upon reservation to get possibly rooms relatively nearby as the kids are still young. When checking in, we got rooms on two different floors! When I enquired about the possibly of getting rooms on the same floor, I was answered the hotel was booked out.... I complained, mentioning I would write this in my review. 5 minutes later, the desk manager called me and told me very friendly they had found two rooms close to each other! Lastly, when you book a room, nothing is said about the view, but if you are unlucky (we were) you get a room with terrasse view on a horrible parking, rather than the garden. Ask when doing the reservation!

Pros: value for the money
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Showers and toilets not clean
Pros: Staff was fantastic and friendly the location was very clean the
Pros: Lovely site on the edge of town. Delightful town to visit. Great continental breakfast. Lovely place for families with large play area at the back.
Cons: For a hostel it was superb. Every thing needed existed. I even caught sight of what looked like a member’s kitchen. Carrying tea bags, it would be nice to be able to make ones own cuppa, which I didn’t manage on this trip.
Pros: It is a good place to stay for one night if you are on your way from Scandinavia to Germany. There is a children corner in the lounge. There was a sink our room.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: We liked using the kitchen because it was so clean. I liked the selection of books to exchange .
Cons: We would have liked a lock up room for our bikes. The wifi was next to useless and I wish that the floor in the hall didn’t make so much noise. It was difficult to get to sleep
Pros: Our first stay at a hostel in Denmark. It went well. We had a 4-person room for the two of us so each of us had a lower bed. Room was small but functional. Community kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner and a refrigerator to hold our milk and yogurt for the next day’s breakfast.
Cons: The only downside is that the hostel is 2 km from town. Not too bad for us since we were on bikes, but it might be an issue if you do not have wheels. On the plus side, it was quiet!
Pros: Nice outdoor area with playground, tables and benches. Breakfast was ok.
Pros: The room was really big, a lot of common spaces and in the silence of the green
Cons: The hostel is a bit far from the city centre, around 30 min by walk and the room has few plugs
Pros: It was nice and quiet, clean and friendly. Guests were communicative. The food was wonderful. The showers are a bit awkward, but the water was hot enough.
Pros: Very nice area and also a good number of activities available.
Cons: The games room looks outdated. Moreover, It was mentioned that check-ins are possible till 19:00. We arrived at 18:20 but no one was there. Found the key near the reception door but then we could not order new blankets and towels, which was a pity.
Pros: Our room was bright and sunny, staff was helpful, location easy to find, even a playground for the kids.

Cons: Too much noise in the room (very easy to hear your neighbors).
