Spacious room with a fridge and the fan worked perfectly well. The pool was amazing and the location was great for me (about 10minutes walk to the closest beach and 25minutes walk to Ao Nang beach). It was quite quiet, which was nice. The noise was really not that bad at all.
The hot water could have been hotter (that is a personal preferance though).

Although it is a bit far from the beach (12 minutes walk), it is located in the wood facing Aonang Lake and just 2 minutes walk to Family Mart and several restaurants. Swimming pool is plus. Friendly staff. Nice wood where you may see some squirrels are running around.
Many facilities in the bath room are old and half broken. The ceiling fan is so dusty and sometimes you will see dust clot falling off on the floor. There are several holes on the floor and you may see ants and worms sometimes in the room.
