Everything was perfect
For my business trip perfectly located hotel with a large parking lot. Nice atmosphere in the rooms and entrance area. I did like the pool but the floor there was challenging. Guests can use the gym in the other building.
I attended breakfast half an hour before closing time, staff started to remove the food as soon as I sat down with my coffee. I checked the opening hours when I left and was still more then 10 minutes before closing time. The reason, I pay for the breakfast option is because I'd like to have breakfast. The wet floor at the spa area is very slippery. I could manage not to hit the ground but can imagine, for older people this could be quite dangerous. The person overseeing this area doesn't seem to bother.
Clean and friendly
There was a convention week when we were there so you couldn’t even find a seat for breakfast one morning ! needless to say we decided to eat elsewhere , the hotel catered very much for them !
Easy access to the center with public transport - bus 130 cost 3,40 zl one way. Spacious bathroom. Complimentary water.
Walls of the room had drink splashes... probably, hopefully only our room. As we stayed for the weekend we could hear downstairs music beats way over the midnight on both nights (Fri, Sat). For a hotel that has a pool it is weird that you don’t have slippers nor bathrobe (it states as four stars so I expected those to be included). Pool and sauna area is below average for someone with sauna culture. Pool itself is ok, but sauna and showering facilities are poor. We had to ring a bell to get in and an elderly guy came through female exchange room - fortunately it didn’t happen to me that I was there naked when the guy walked in :))
Staff were excellent. Good sized room. Really good breakfast.
The pool was absolutely freezing. We could onto stay in about 10 minutes before it got too much.
