Pros: Located near ski runs and great value
Cons: Little walk to the ski runs
Pros: Staff were lovely, facilitates were excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast and a large riom
Cons: Room heating was cranked to max when we arrived - couldn’t sleep the first night because rooms like a sauna Sauna types very limited and pool a bit coooler than it should be
Pros: Staff were very friendly, the breakfast selection was superb, the food in the restaurant was very good and the spa facilities were also very good.
Cons: Other guests were allowed to smoke in the bar on one evening
Pros: Great location, right in front of the ski lift. Clean , spacious new room, we were stay at apart hotel new wing. Beautiful Spa Area, children play room next to the the restaurant. So kid can play after meal while parents still can enjoy eating.Great service ! Definitely will return.
Pros: Very nice and stylish Appartement. Kitchen very complete with all you need. Great spa with excellent swimming pool. A breakfast which left no wishes open!
Cons: Shower was not working the first night - was fixed next morning. The Appartement was in a side Building and you had to leave the house to get to the spa, which was not comfortable with two kids.

Pros: The location enabled ski in / ski out of the hotel. The sky pool is fantastic. Wellness centre is good, with the massages provided being excellent. The food and wine was very good and the atmosphere in the bar, particularly when there was live music was great. The ski room was efficient and secure. Being able to charge meals and drinks on the mountain to the hotel room was easy and welcome.
Cons: The wifi provided was slow and did not match the hotel's other facilities. The taxi service back to the airport was late and tried to blame the customer for a booking time which they had as 30 mins after the time the hotel said the taxi had been booked. Given that the customer didn't book the taxi, this was poor. The overall service by the taxi company was unsatisfactory as they tried to combine (against the express desire of the customers in the two taxis) two taxi's together (both separately paid for) which were going to two different locations and could have resulted in our missing our flight. Sense only prevailed due to the cold which prevented the doors of both taxis being opened to allow the luggage to be combined. An absolute farce.
Cons: Booking.com need to make it clear that the delux room on offer is in the old part of the hotel. We were disappointed not to have a new room as they were the same price. We will book direct next time. As we booked through yourselves also our Nationalty was a question to all British
Pros: Very relaxing.
Pros: The room was spacious. The rooftop pool is incredible. The dinner was four courses and every one of them was delicious. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever imagine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommend.
Cons: No kettle or fridge in room.

Cons: Naked spa facility Mixed wellness area No fitness room on premises
Pros: Amazing sky pool. Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: Facility’s were fantastic and the hotel location to the ski lift was only 200yards away.
Cons: Equipment hire did not rent snowboard equipment only ski hire available after specifically enquirying for snowboarding hire.

Pros: breakfast was good. Location was excellent
Cons: Salad was not always fresh Hot food was not always hot enough Service was good but our waitress was very quiet. Could have been a bit more friendly/ chatty
Pros: The beds were good, our view from the room was very nice, personnel was excellent, great breakfast and dinner typically very good (and a nice bar). Location with ski in/out is nice and spa, fitness and pool. What can I say; excellent!
Cons: Essentially everything was good or even excellent but I have to bring up one (1) thing. I cannot understand why the door from the bedroom to the bathroom (toilet) is made of (fairly) see-through glass?
Pros: Hotel in top notch order. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Great dinner buffet, breakfast and restaurant service. Relaxing wellness area (different saunas and refreshments) and swimming pool. Storage in the basement and reachable from the ski slope. Central place, close to the ski rental and lifts. Highly recommended for families.
Cons: Family room not available for us (booked 4,5 months before) but understandable as the hotel is popular for families.
Pros: The location of the hotel is great - directly on the ski slope. Amazing view from our room.
Cons: The door between the bath is made out of glass - it is noisy, especially when you sleep in the morning and someone splash the toilet. There is no animation program for the kids. In the swimming pool there could have been some toys/balls for the kids to play with. There was no icerink in the village this year.
Pros: The location is good for the slopes but a walk uphill to the main part of the small town. The boot room opens up a very short way from a T-bar lift and a short walk to one of the main chair lifts. Staff were friendly
Cons: The hotel was far too warm, in the public areas as well as the bedroom. We were very surprised by the amount of young children staying at the hotel. Young children running through the dining room is not something I expected nor was the party for them one evening in the middle of the dining room and in the middle of dinner service. The children thoroughly enjoyed the foam snow cascading down on them, the screaming from them was less pleasurable. The food is served buffet style. Whilst the salad bar offered a good selection the main course was below average. The meat always looked over cooked and the presentation did little to entice.
Pros: Lovely hotel which was purposely built with skiers in mind. Convenience is the word: cashless hotel key card which acts as ski pass with discounts in other places, great food buffet style, ski in and out, huge ski room, sauna, swimming pool, gym, playroom and underground car park. Very friendly staff and cosy Tyrolean atmosphere
Pros: Location, meals and staff was excellent.
Cons: Bathroom glass doors was very uncomfortable. Poor resting place in wellness area.
Pros: Very modern but as well local style. Spacious room. Very kids friendly with for example indoor play room and afternoon entertainment for older children. Nice sauna and wellness area (14+ only, so very calm) but as well indoor pool accessible with small children. Buffet style food for breakfast and dinner but with good quality and selection. Perfectly situated directly at the ski lift. Very friendly staff. We will probably stay there again.
Cons: Room was slightly noisy concerning noise coming from the hallway. But similar to most hotels I stayed at. For couples without children maybe a bit too many children in the pool area and during dinner :)
With a stay at Sporthotel Kühtai in Silz, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Ötztaler Ache and 7 minutes by foot from Dreiseen Gondola.
Pros: Large room; sauna etc still nice; good position (although not the best position in town). Staff always helpful. Still one of the premier hotels in Kühtai.
Cons: Quality of the cuisine seemed to have gone down slightly since my previous stay 3 years earlier. Also, because of a corporate booking, the main restaurant was unavailable and we were placed in what is normally the lunchtime area by the bar. My bathroom was colder than my room, which is the wrong way round.
Pros: Very good location and very comfortable.
Pros: Very friendly staff (extra bonus that we received a welcome drink). A very extensive breakfast. Very good location, close to the slopes.
Cons: As a tip for future improvements: it would be good to have a second coffee machine to avoid long queues at breakfast. In the fitness area, it would be great to also have a treadmill.
Pros: Staff were friendly and professional. Restaurant food was excellent. Great views from the room.
Cons: Breakfast coffee could be better.
Pros: Very nice staff (we were welcomed by a very nice receptionist Magdalen), rooms are spacy and very clean, dinner was surprising good
Pros: Great location. Easy transfer from Innsbruck.
Pros: Whilst not directly on the piste it is possible to ski to the door - easy to connect to piste in morning

The rustically furnished rooms all have a flat-screen TV, internet access via TV, a safe, and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. Most rooms have a balcony. Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff!!
Pros: Location and fitness facilities. Our room was standart , good size of bathroom , room with balcony as a bonus . Steps to ski lifts .
Cons: You have to buy halfboard - means for diner you have to spend 2-3 hours in the restaurant. The chef is trying “high class dining” but we all in the restaurant agreed we would be better off to have just buffet ..... . At the end we were overcharged for about € 180 - ( garage + ski lift ticket ) the management returned the money without saying a word like “sorry” ..... . It is our understanding the location is in very poplular, but .....
