Pros: The three bedroom apartment was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection and was delicious.
Pros: The place was extremely clean.
Cons: Wifi did not work and staff did not really care so we had none during the stay. The road is noisy and traffic is heavy.
Pros: Great location. Good value for the price
Cons: Bathroom was small
Pros: The free breakfast was amazing! Staff was great!
Cons: The street noise was a little loud on our side of the hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Excellent evening meal.
Cons: We had a room at the front and the noise from traffic lasted all night
Pros: Compared to the room, the bathroom is smallish, but has everything you need. Although on the street side, it was not noisy. The beds are big and comfy and you have a complementary water bottle in the room. And something sweet on your pillow :D The room itself is spotless. Breakfast is fair and the coffee is good. You can boil your own egg; watch out - the omlette disappears fast ... and reappears as fast. A big plus point for the smoothie maker. Parking is behind the hotel, but it can full quite quick.
Cons: When we arrived the hotel had no trace of the booking, but in the end it was sorted out. They were very friendly and forthcoming. Wi-Fi available, good speed for watching YouTube, play games etc., but not so good for downloading. I wanted to download a movie for the kids (for the car trip the morning after) from Amazon prime - impossible.
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to all of the restaurants. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast was the best. My family and I enjoyed staying here.
Pros: The rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. A perfect location for our travel plans. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had something for everyone. I would highly recommend this place.
Cons: The shower stall was very clean but small in comparison to the size of the room. Language barrier was a bit strained.
Pros: The staff was so polite, and the accommodations were more than could be expected.
Cons: They had no fans, and there was no circulation in the room. This led to a very high room temp even with window wide open. Fan needed for sure.
Pros: Breakfast was perfect! Room clean and big (nr 100)
Cons: Wifi is much to slow A more personal welcome and good bye
Pros: Lovely rooms - modern furniture. Very clean rooms too. Everything was very well presented.
Cons: The church bells ringing on the hour through the night were awful - I couldn't sleep and the the road noise was quite loud too. I accept that the hotel can't do too much about that, but I think guests should know. The lady who served at the bar kept disappearing when making my beer and getting distracted. It took 10mins and I was the only customer in there.... she also kept having a personal mobile phone conversation whilst she was serving me. She should have hung up if she had a customer as I felt uncomfortable. Aside from this, the staff were really helpful and friendly.
With a stay at Hotel Louis Müller in Bitburg, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of CASCADE Water Park and Bitburger Brewery. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very central location. Parking possibilities for motorbikes behind the hotel. Excellent location for Eifel motorbike Tours.
Cons: Very old fashioned. Poor energy saving lights, starting after some seconds, no LED.
Pros: Located in a beautiful little town named Bitburg, which hosts the 3rd biggest bier brewery in Germany. Walking distance from shops and eateries.
Cons: I was shocked at how rude the owner was! He was under the impression that we could not understand German, and proceeded to discuss us openly with his friends. They actually made fun of us and laughed to our faces! I find this extremely rude and will obviously never return or recommend this establishment. The room was on the second floor - no lift. Extremely small room and outdated furnishings and bathroom. Could not even close the curtain as it was only a mock-up curtain!
Pros: Central location in a charming town. Reserved parking. Good inexpensive evening meal. Cheerful, hard-working young staff.
Cons: A lift would be a welcome at our age,
Pros: Everything ok
Cons: There was no elevator
Pros: Stayed in the accommodation block behind the hotel. Good breakfast.
Pros: The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. And early breakfast from 6:00
Pros: Really nice place to stay in the center of Bitburg with good food (including beer of course :)) and family atmosphere. Rooms are clean, big enough and similar like on photos. I can really recommend this place to stay in Bitburg.
Cons: WiFi is not working properly in all rooms and sometimes the signal is too weak to have a stable connection.
Pros: Awesome place that has a Bed & Breakfast feel to it. Breakfast is great with eggs, bacon, various meats and fruits.
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Bathroom was fine. Room and bed were very clean. Staff was friendly. Parking for the car was fine. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Cons: ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
With a stay at Hotel Restaurant Leander in Bitburg, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Bitburger Brewery and CASCADE Water Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: lovely friendly service could not have been more helpful and given that my German is limited I was pleased that the owners could speak English. In addition the kitchen had a brilliant chef who produced a fantastic evening meal. The decor of the hotel was enhanced by wonderful works of art produce by the owners brill place to stay.
Pros: It was very convenient for us travelling south. Nice to be able to have a walk around the town before going back to the Hotel for dinner.
Pros: Breakfast was OK for a small hotel. Comfortable, clean beds.
Cons: The hotel is on a round-about, so we had some traffic noise, although the windows are pretty well sound proof. Overall I was surprised by the location, it was more in the town centre than I had understood.
Pros: Biker friendly hotel close to Bitburg brewery and city center. Free parking. Friendly staff & good breakfast.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable rooms. Dinner and breakfast were superb. Excellent value for money. We were made to feel very welcome. Loved the artwork!
Pros: Friendly straff Excellent dinner in the Biergarten Good private parking
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Wish we’d known it wasn’t a twin bed......
Pros: Everything. We had a quiet room in the courtyard where we could park outside the room. The room was large as were the beds. Breakfast was very good. More than I thought with a continental breakfast. Nice garden.
Cons: Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss but nothing else.
Pros: The room itself was lovely, the staff, very friendly and helpful
Cons: Information for the sky tv, wasn't very clear and WiFi was rubbish.
Pros: Well signposted from the main road.Cheap and good location for a short walk into town or to supermarkets.
Cons: Noisy in the morning from the residents living downstairs. The driveway exit was tight. WIFI/WLAN was slow and dropped out frequently.

Pros: breakfast time is rather late (too late for us who wanted to travel in the area); but the staff prepared a good breaksfast for us that we could pick early in the morning. My room had a nice balcony.
Cons: the mattress in the bed was not flat
Pros: The breakfast was rather filling. There was a garage where I could store my bicycle. A supermarket was only about 1 km away. The area was super quiet and relaxing. It was easy to find.
Cons: I had to pay in cash. It was a little old-fashioned.
Pros: very good
Pros: The room was comfortable and balcony overlooking woodland and river very quite, staff very obliging. Nice quite little village uphill walk to the village center.
Cons: There was a set menu and did not seem to cater for vegetarians and internet was only available in public areas.
Pros: My sister and I were looking for a typical German gasthaus and this certainly fit the bill! Everything about it reminded it of stays with our German aunt many years ago. The balcony off our room overlooking a forested canyon was a great surprise. The village was beautiful. Susannah was a wonderful hostess and her husband, who spoke English very well, was a wealth of information on all there was to see. A picturesque village, old churches, steep windy roads, a castle - everything we wanted in one little town!
Located in Kyllburg, Stiftsberg is within a 15-minute drive of St. Thomas Monastery and CASCADE Water Park.
Pros: Just what we expected - extremely friendly and helpful reception staff!
Pros: Family friendly, nice breakfast, clean and friendly.
Cons: Quite hot in the room (we arrived during a heat wave), early check in time.
Pros: Simple clean quiet very good value for money. Genuinely German and not at all touristy.
Cons: For me nothing although people who want luxury would be disappointed.
Pros: Kyllberg is an amazing area
Cons: I had zero contact with the hotel owners, or anyone from the staff, still haven't. On booking.com i set my time of arrival from 19:00 to 20:00. That day around 18:00 i called to say it's going to be 30 minutes later, and after multiple attempts to reacht the owners i left a voice message regarding this issue. I arrived at 20:15 and not a single person of staff was to be found, very frustrating me. luckely i worked something out with the guests who were staying there already and had a bed for the night at least. If it wasn't for them i would have been sleeping on the streets that night. I still haven't recieved any form of contact of the owners, apperantly they are incapable of running a hotel that communicates with their costumers. I'm very dissapointed in the service of this hotel, and will definitely not book here again, and advise strongly against doing so to anyone who doesn't prefer sleeping on the streets.
With a stay at Hotel Bitburger Hof in Bitburg, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Bitburger Brewery and CASCADE Water Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very clean . Restaurant food was good
Cons: Bed was super uncomfortable and creaked like an under oiled seized engine, not good
Pros: Good location, in town.
Cons: A bit noisy, and bad curtains, so the room was not dark.
Pros: Wonderful, friendly staff. Nice room. Good breakfast. This was my second stay at the hotel. It was terrific both times.
Pros: Nice bright room. Good sized bathroom. Quiet hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Good situation within the town. Free parking.
Cons: In the description it indicated that either washing facilities were available or washing machine. However we didn’t see any indication of this other than laundry service offered. To be fair though I didn’t investigate further, so it may well be that there were laundry facilities, though I didn’t see that on the hotel info leaflet.
Pros: Restaurant was a snitzel house and it was excellent. Breakfast was very good as well
Pros: Great location close to everything in the city & pet friendly, they even provided a pet bed! Free parking also which is A+
Pros: Nice hotel, centrale located. Good parking.
Cons: Some smell from food preparation. Deep fry smells.
Pros: Great traditional breakfast with plenty of parking for your car
Cons: For me I thought the mattress was too firm.
Pros: counter and breakfast staff very friendly
Cons: A bit of external machine noise gets into Room 1. The Internet connection was pretty slow !
The Youtel Hostel offers scenic views of the Eifel countryside and the city of Bitburg, 4 km away. It features its own beach volleyball courts and sports field. Varied breakfast and evening buffets are served in the bistro, and guests can dine outside on the terrace. Regular barbecues are held in the summer months. YOUTEL Jugendhotel Bitburg is a non-smoking hostel and offers bright rooms with a wash basin. The bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms, and include a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
Pros: This is a youth hostel. Lots of games organized by the hostel for kids. Our kids loved the ping pong and rock climbing wall.
Cons: We have a family of 6. It seems really expensive when you have a large family.
Pros: It was close to Trier, and quiet.
Cons: We shared a bathroom with another room and it said I would have a private bathroom.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a private dorm and a private bathroom and all was really clean. Tennis table on demand and babyfoot available. We had a good time.
Cons: You need a car to go the hostel or to visit arround. It's 10 min by car from the city center of Bitburg and 40 min from the border of Luxemburg, but for us it wasn't a problem.
Pros: Booking.com referral
Cons: No bedsheets, no bath towels, shared bathroom, not cosy, NO WIFI working!!!
Pros: Friendly and clean
Cons: A little out of town need bike or car
Pros: easy access, nice staff, clean room, fast wifi
Pros: Kind employees
Cons: No elevator. Not a good choice for a family. It's fit to groups like school students.
Cons: They dont know how to treat customers .they are not so educates with customer services.
Pros: The property had lots of stuff for the kids to do. The food at the hotel was good and not too expensive. The beds were all twin size and the rooms were large. The hotel is just off the highway and is very conveniently located close to everything. The hotel has towels at the front desk and there are games on the lower level as well as each floor.
Cons: The shower has a small handheld faucet but there is no way to attach it to the wall at a higher spot. This made washing my wife’s hair very difficult. The rooms have a shared bathroom and only one toilet. The hotel completely shuts down at 2000. Once this happens they lock all the doors and only the room key can open the door. The WiFi was down but this is not the fault of the hotel staff.
Located in Bitburg, Eifelstern Hotel is within a 10-minute drive of Bitburger Brewery and CASCADE Water Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: located to service a large industrial estate and not very suitable holiday makers. Quite an old 70's style building in need of some renovation. Nothing supplied with the rooms including basics such as soap. When asked the reception didn't have the room restocked. In fact blatently diregarded our request. Being an industrial estate there were no alternatives to the hotel resturant and their food was less than ordinary. We've stayed at far better for less cost.
Pros: Good location , staff are friendly !
Cons: Room is big and clean! But bath room smells lof due to bad window! Lot of humit and leaking water from window ! Bad hygiene!
Pros: The rooms were big, bed was ok, windows needed a clean.
Cons: Staff were not very helpful, no soap in the room and liquid soap holder over sink empty, breakfast was very poor, noisy machinery outside room and no aircon so had to leave windows open.
Pros: Plenty parking for larger vehicles The actual property is quirky, but nice quirky
Cons: Pillows too soft
Pros: Very nice staff, very good breakfast!
Cons: Wifi cost 3€ per day, but it's nearly no internet, disconecting very often. The rooms are very noisy between neighbors...
Pros: Good location within walking distance of the airport so ideal as an overnight stop if you are flying in an out there is no need for a taxi. Basic hotel that is fine if you just need to get your head down for a few hours.
Cons: Just your basic run of the mill hotel that is a like steping back to the 80's, really could do with some investment.
Pros: Fairly cheap and friendly reception staff
Cons: Location was further from Bitburg than stated. Very bleak and impersonal interior. Breakfast was poor.
Pros: Bed comfy, good breakfast, quiet location close to the town
Pros: Its a weird hotel in that it is large and sprawling but very clean and with good bars and restaurants
Cons: Its quite remote but that suited me.
