Pros: Cleanliness. Comfort bed.
Cons: Weed smell all around the hallway outside of the elevator. Small room size. Miscommunication with the stuff, we asked by phone to switch us from a king to a twin double bed, they confirmed and when we arrived after 9pm with a toddler, they said they had received no call and there was not any note about it. The shower heads have a ridiculously high pressure water flow, very unpleasant.

6.3 Good
Pros: Compared to other accommodations in the same price range I would rate this room on the low end of the scale. The bathroom was tiny. The square footage of the room was small. The bed was very comfortable. The AC control was a bit awkward with a wall unit and a thermostat that definitely needs upgrading. If the room had been under $100 I would would say it was perfect but at the rate I paid I found it unsatisfactory. No breakfast was included.
Cons: Better digital plug in options. No safe. No breakfast included. The bathroom was too tiny for 2 people to get ready in at the same time.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was ideal,
Cons: The room to begin with was not exactly clean, bed sheets had stains on them, housekeeping did a terrible job In servicing the room and finally their so called continental breakfast was a joke.
7.0 Good
Pros: Firmness of bed is perfect for us!
Cons: I felt I was not given full attention during the check in and was not willing to do her best if she can accommodate our preference. The response and reasoning I got from her was insensitive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The people at the pool were very loud a couple of the nights. My neighbors were also loud and there were kids running around. They were knocking on my door and running away (I'm assuming down the stairs since my door was right by them).

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is OK as I was willing to meet few people around that area. Breakfast was also good. Mots of the staff was very friendly but one of the Lady on reception was harsh in dealing.
Cons: The rate is so high it should be Less.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice! Better than expected. Very clean.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't very good. Not a big selection but was just nice to have something to grab on the way out the door.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We were on the first floor.
Cons: Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for 2 days; when I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping the connections both went to other people’s rooms; I had to keep asking for towels, their ice machine was broken, and their “hot” breakfast was cold. I paid over $500 for 3 nights and I definitely did not get my money’s worth.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here 3 days They are very friendly in reception, exactly what they describe, king bed, microwave, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee in reception ..
Cons: I was displeased that the floor of the bathroom was not clean, it had hair, it really was not clean, I know that the staff has a lot to do but nothing cost them to pass the broom at least.. They should do something! because it's a good place but cleanliness is very important.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: very good accommodations from the bed to the restroom and excellent breakfast.
Cons: there were stains on the wall and on the lamps by the couch. I recommend a little more attention to detail with housekeeping.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, good and healthy choices. Liked the lemon water and coffee available 24 hr. a day. Pleasant staff, tried to be helpful, but ...not sure why issues are not fixed?? Room was quiet from street noise. Great reading lights bedside.
Cons: We paid more than we usually do for a room on this trip and expected quality. Our tv would not go below extra loud and they were unable to fix the problem. We reported a light out and the bulb was never replaced. They have no towel racks so had to hang towels on chairs or shower bar (not good for longevity of either). No control of the speed of the room ac fan. Toaster only had 2 of the 4 slots working, created a line at the toaster.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Small parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: waffles
Cons: orange juice

Cons: I disliked nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been coming to this place since 2010. For the first 3 times I came to CA, I stayed the entire time at this place. Since 2013, I have stayed only one day or a few days at a time during my visit since I stayed at my friends' homes also. However, if I had to stay for the entire trip, this would be my first choice. The owner/manager has done a fantastic job renovating and remodeling this entire complex. Also, he is very friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed during my stay.
Cons: For some reason, I could not get the internet to work this one night that I checked in. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet place.
Cons: I couldn’t leave my bags as I went to the bank. And they didn’t accept cash payments
8.3 Excellent
Pros: No carpets super clean.
Cons: The place was maticulously clean , the only thing was guests hung out under the stairs smoking. I'm assuming so they don't smoke in rooms. Would be nicer for everyone to have a small table and chairs out side of the pool area. It's a tight compact property, but I'm really impressed by the cleanliness. And no carpeting was wonderful! Thank you so much for having us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: FELT COMFORTABLE AND SECURE STAYING THERE.
Cons: HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT HAVE ALL ROOMS READY BY THE TIME WE ALL CHECKED IN.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was convenient and close to downtown Whittier.
Cons: We reserved a King bed room but we were given an ADA compliant room. The door opened into the hall and could not be secured from the inside. I asked to switch rooms and was told they were full and I would have to stay in the room. Not a good experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The amenities were nice and spacious rooms!
Cons: When I called to add a night three days prior to our existing reservation I was very annoyed. I had originally booked 3 nights and at the last minute wanted to add a night the price was double . I was getting the runaround from the call center then back to the hotel directly getting various pricing no one was trying to help and meet in the middle it was very annoying. I just wanted The pricing to be a little more fair than double what we were already paying Anderson and I can get it for the same price but it’s $50 more so the more reasonable than $150 more. Once we got to the hotel I was pleased with everything the staff and the overall experience and location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how friendly the staff was. They were very accommodating and helpful when I had any questions.
Cons: There was a birthday party going on across the street that caused some noise, but it was nothing the hotel could control.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and they had plenty of pillows already in the room. It was also very quiet, not once did I hear anyone walking through the halls or next door.
Cons: There wasn't anyone available to help take my belongings to the room however I was able to use their cart to take my luggage upstairs so i didn't need to take more than one trip.
7.0 Good
Pros: We were fumigating our house and the hotel was close by, so location was good. Room was OK, but fairly small - still OK for two nights and not much day time. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment.
Cons: Bed was terrible. Son said the same thing about his. Virtually nothing complimentary, not even lobby coffee. Only two bottles of water. In-room coffee maker barely worked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to our family and many restaurants shopping centers.
4.0 Okay
Pros: good except if you have to pay the $18 for it
Cons: Where do i begin...first of all I when to the bar for a drink at about 8 pm, 8 others were sitting there and no bar tender in sight, i finally asked the group if the bar was closed to which they replied its still open but the service is horrible and the bartender keeps leaving... after about 10 mins with no bartender in sight i finally went into the employees only area and asked if I could get a drink. I was told that the bar tender would be there shortly.......waited another 10 mins a he finally showed up. ordered a vodka and soda and i was charge $11 for the vodka and another $3 for the soda water it was mixed in>>>>> Unbelievable!!!! next the maid never restocked my coffee, the focus mirror in my room was broken, they didn't have any work out towels, on the second day of my stay it looked like someone cleaned out their bush in my bathtub....gross... when i contacted the front desk about it he said how about i give you some points to make it right.....REALLY!!!!! BTW THE POINTS NEVER SHOWED UP..... I cant believe this is a Hilton property....they should be ashamed
9.5 Excellent

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back. Its central location (near downtown and many freeways but in a cozy neighborhood) make it a good place for tourists exploring the LA area.
6.3 Good
Pros: Manager was very nice and curtious . Somewhat quite.
Cons: No bedsheets under top cover. Just mattress cover and a rough blanket on the shelf in the vanity area. Sink and shower was pretty gross/stained and looked like it could use an updating. Was very nervous about my truck outside. I guess if I had another redo I would pay a little more and stay across the street at the nice safe looking Holiday Inn.

Pros: Over all, the staff was very nice and friendly! I would again book a room at Motel 6 in the city of Whittier California ( :
Cons: I thought the price was a bit high for a 5 to 6 day stay?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location to start, rite of the freeway. The weather, the customer service provided by Syndel and the rest of the staff. At a boy Motel 6 in Whittier. Thank you for your time.
Cons: That I had to drive back to Phoenix. Phoenix is super hot compared to the weather in Whittier. Family lives in this parts so I will certainly be using you guys and not liking driving back to Phoenix. Lol
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Beware! The staff is unprofessional and disgruntled looking. The room smelled like moldy old wet towels. The water was coming out tinged with brown. The toilet water was also coming out this brown color. Disgusting. There are people hanging around outside at ALL hours. Just people standing around and they stare at you as you walk by. They look like welfare recipients who’ve been to jail one or twice in their life. This was hotel hell. Never again will I stay in this sh$thole.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: As soon as opened the door this dog smell got my attention, dog hair in the corners, by the beds and restroom floor! The shower and toilet OMGGGGGG SO DURTY! I could even take a shower... bed blankets had stains and cigarette burns and on top of everything we saw 2 roaches crawling the wall!!! Worse experience ever and I will never come back to this place!
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Staff responded promptly to issue and move my family to another room. Manager issued a credit for room the following day when we checked out and moved to another hotel.

7.0 Good
Cons: There was a roach in our room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms with very clean staff is friendly
4.5 Okay
Cons: The rooms were barely clean, the TV didn't have a control and the staff hovered around outside of my rooms (I had 2) like they were trying to see inside and then when you opened the doors they "were just walking by"
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was quiet and felt safe. There was places to eat near by. The room was clean. The room was very spacious. Mini fridge provided in the room. Tv is a good size and okay channels to pick from. There was always available close parking to our room
Cons: They don’t offer breakfast! And with that being said I’ll say that the only disappointment I had was at check in! I made the reservation online and I had picked a non smoking room which when I got there the owner told us they had somehow sold out our room so we had to stay the first night in a smoking room and a smaller room we had initially paid for for the same price! I was very upset but it was late and we were very tired and had no there option! The man who checked us in is apparently the owner and I can say he wasn’t to friendly with the situation he just had a oh well get over it reaction. The next morning when he noticed we were awake he did come to the door and switched us over to another bigger room we never saw him again! So other than that ruff start the rest of the stay was fine!
7.0 Good
Pros: was no breakfast in the place
Cons: satisfactory
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good but not in an industrial area. Price was good, check in and out was easy.
Cons: In the process of remodeling - need to add lamps, clothes hanger area, and add a second door lock. The sheets need to be better fitting. Giving them some slack due to not being finished with their remodeling. Would go back in months to see how they worked all out.
7.5 Good
Pros: only the fact that the staff was very polite.
Cons: the one thing that was not pleasant, I was in a room that was too much tragic noise coming through to enjoy my sleep,
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was perfect
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was great. And everything else was tolerable.
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms could have been better as well as the beds and sofas. Shower and shower curtains could have been changed if not changed then cleaner, along with the toilets.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We were tired, there was a bed.
Cons: The female owner is very UNFRIENDLY... no help at all when we arrived at 1130pm, exhausted from travelling in the heat, and the AC was out.. Basically, we paid full price for a crappy room and crappy service

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Had the feel of a sleezy/junkie motel. Sketchy tenants and hang arounds. The accommodations were very underwhelming. Stained walls, smelled like bleach (probably to cover up the scent of vomit and other disgusting things).
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The bed frame squeaked with any movement or turn when laying down :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is clean that is why I came back, staff is nice . The drawers were broken though in the room. I like the fact I was on bottom floor I have kids it made it easier for me wish breakfast started before 7am. I stood at Ramada before and it was not clean the rug was dirty tile broken and it was costly, this hotel was cleaner than the Ramada. And staff was nicer here. And the pool is closed on Sunday but not here. And they placed enough towels in bath towels
Cons: The broken drawers the other time I booked that room didn’t have broken drawers. You should be given a preference on floors or at least options on availability, be able to see where your room would be located.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Sheets were dirty manager didn’t want to change them and the floor had no rug

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was affordable and clean.
Cons: There was people smoking in front of my room for a while. They should have a section that’s smoker friendly not just the whole area.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Only a carb breakfast. I had not checked out and someone I believe it was one of the staff, opens the door. It was still at least 2 hours before checkout.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice clean room for good price. There was coffee, microwave.
Cons: Really small common area for breakfest. Breakfest itself very basic.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was very clean and the location was excellent. Walked to the Denny's for breakfast.
Cons: The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. It seems like every motel 6 these days are for party people every Friday and Saturday night. My husband drove around for 20 mins looking for a parking spot. People loud and walking around all night hanging out. We'll never stay at a motel 6 again. It's not the same as it used to be many years ago.

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The owner working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was located right off the freeway so we could quickly get on our way.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Large room with refrigerator, close to mall, friendly staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Handicap room
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quaint and charming, older abut in very good condition and clean, we liked that it was close to the mall, that we took time to do some shopping.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the parking spots were in the opposite direction, and small.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Director of Ops.
4.5 Okay
Pros: John checked us in and was fabulous. Positive attitude, sympathetic human being, all-star all around. Nicole is phenomenal and gets the job done without complaining or losing her composure; equally as baller as John.
Cons: Sheraz of Sheriz the self proclaimed owner of this property is an arrogant bigot who believes he is all knowing at his young age of who gives a care. Proceed with caution and I urge you stay somewhere else if you are a service member, firefighter, or police officer. Out of respect for the aforementioned, do stay here if your need is dire. But if you can help it. Go right next door to the right to Five Star where Sarah or some other accommodating human can better assist you.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was large size
Cons: I was attacked in the parking lot. Someone broke in my room from the window. Most of the staff members are on drugs. My air conditioner only worked half the time. My sink didn't have cold water.

Pros: The room was huge, everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived
Cons: There was construction at the time that we stayed and we weren’t able to use the pool, but it does show that the facilities are being improved so the only downside is that we were close to the construction area so there was some noise that couldn’t be helped (never at night, so we were able to sleep well enough)

Pros: The location is nice. Nearby lots of shopping places.

Pros: It is a clean room, which is important to me. Staff vety polite and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and a walmart. Easy access to fwys.
Cons: This is not a quiet hotel. Too many guest walking thru all night. There was even an argument between 2 different guest at 4am. This is a bare bones facility. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. They state to offer Free WiFi, but you dont get a good signal. They offer and want you to upgrade to a better one that they charge for.
7.0 Good
Pros: It's fine for what it is; a motel 6. getting into the property is a bit awkward coming from the east (have to go around and then turn back), but getting onto the freeways is easy. neighborhood is busy but this particular motel has the rooms inside the property so not too loud. lots of stores nearby, Starbucks and McDonald's too. 20 min drive to DTLA or OC.
Cons: sketchy looking people but that's expected for a motel 6, lol.

Pros: The only thing we like from this hotel was parking. We found a parking right next to the room.
Cons: I didn't like anything from this place. When we first came into the room we saw a bunch of couraches crawling in the floor and where the air conditioning was. That was disgusting. The room were super tiny not worth the money they charge for a night. The shower look dirty with stains. The beds were horrible the mattress squick all the time and you can sink into them. Under the sheets we found a deodorant top that make me think they were dirty and they didn't change in between customers. And the room it smell like weed. To top it off the people next door we're smoking weed and they were very loud. Didn't sleep at all. This was a last minute reservation and I went by the reviews that it said it was good. But not for me it was horrible never staying in a motel 6 again. No breakfast. They don't offer anything. The pool look dirty. They charge to much for their nasty rooms.
