NEGATIVES (1) Mostly long term occupants. Felt like a shelter. (Wagons of food being brought in, heavy bicycle and scooter presence in parking lot, high number of occupants/room.) (2) Advertised to have internet, but was not available. Had to buy data for my phone and hotspot. (3) Advertised to have breakfast, but not provided. (4) Felt unsafe that front desk attendant was constantly generating new keys for people without verifying that their name matched the room number that they were requesting a key for. (5) Highway noise was loud in room. (6) HVAC and refrigerator were loud. (7) Furniture well worn. (8) Awaiting decision about partial refund. POSITIVES (1) Room was pretty clean. (2) Front desk workers were friendly but not empowered to be helpful.

Pros:Booked super last minute, and the staff were very helpful with that process!
Cons:The fridge hadn't been cleaned and we were missing some toiletries, so it's obvious the cleaning job was hasty. Since I booked last minute, I completely understand. The important things, like sheets and toilets, did get cleaned, so I was still happy!

Cons:Well i reported mold in the bathroom, wasn't fixed room wasn't clean after the first night. Basically the bathroom was in poor condition

Pros:The staff, especially the woman named (I believe?) Breonna, were very nice and helpful. We were there for seven days because we were looking at moving to Lacey/Olympia from Ohio and they were very informative!
Cons:The cleaning was lacking at times. There were two days that the houskeeping didn't come, and I wasn't really sure why.

Pros:Bed were comfy and room was nice
Cons:The breakfast if you can call it that was bad. Only the minimum and cheapest of cheap. The cereal containers were dirty and had spider webs on them. They looked like they had never been moved. The coffee was more like water. The bagel and cream cheese had a nasty taste to them. I stay for three days and was the same each time I went back. It was a hot the days i was there and the only air conditioning that was on was in rooms. The the hall ways had a funky smell to them.

Pros:There's a McDonalds in front of it, which can be helpful, and it's fairly close to the airport. Rooms are fine and spacious.
Cons:Breakfast room is too tiny, you can barely walk around to get your food. At least nobody complained about me getting food to my room. The breakfast itself could be better.

Pros:That I had a place to sleep after being road weary.
Cons:I was appalled by the service I received from the staff from check-in to being overcharged, to being monitored while I ate breakfast to ensure I didn't take too much.
