Pros: location river
7.5 Good
Pros: Large room, clean and large bathroom. Nice staff.
Cons: Very poor breakfast. The hotel restaurant was understaffed. One person couldn't service a full restaurant. Milk for coffee was in constant shortage. There were no scrambled eggs due to a problem with delivery.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Landscape, Massage

7.1 Good
Cons: This is the first time I spend 2 nights in the hotel and i had the same towels for the 2nd night. Actually after 1st night not only towers were not changed. The only thing that has been done in my room was emptied trash basket. Tea was not added, bed was not done, nothing. Just trash removed. Weird for a hotel...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big but a bit outdated. We had a very nice balcony with a relaxing view over the garden and river. The surrounding is very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was big enough, clean and not so busy. The other spa facilities were also available (e.g. private jacuzzi with magnesium water). Breakfast was good and varied. 15 min walk to the center of the town and restaurants. Free parking.
Cons: Room wa sbit outdated.

Pros: Checking out.
Cons: I had contacted the hotel three times in advance from the time of booking to request a quiet double room no response. When we checked in, we were given a twin room with no explanation or possibility to change. Chairs in the public areas were dirty and marked. The room looked onto the car park and main road directly outside. The mattresses both sagged in the middle, and the decor was very dated/ old fashioned. We went downstairs to the restaurant at 8pm to be told it was closed for the night (no mention of the early closing time at check in), so we tried to find a restaurant for dinner in the town. Everywhere we tried was closed so we had no choice but to have pizza. We were told the pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm, but then a staff member came and told everyone (7 or 8 people) to get out at 9.30pm. We slept badly on the old mattresses and woke at 7am because of the traffic. Breakfast was a typical Polish breakfast. Our booking was for two nights but we left early after one night.

Cons: It was the most awful hotel I have ever been. The hotel is dirty, the bathroom was without soup, carpets were also dirty. Water in the shower was cold and my pregnant wife wasn’t able to take the shower. Noise was till 1 am and we weren’t able to sleep. We came for rest but we are really tired. Breakfast wasn’t fresh and sausages look like they were served for the second time. So my wife could eat only oatmeal. They have 4 stars but in fact it looks like hostel. I have read all reviews before booking but now I understand that good reviews were written by stuff. And during checkout they charge 25 zl for parking. I am really angry. I don’t recommend this hotel!!!!!!!

We had to ask repeatedly for extra bed for our daughter. We got it, but consequently then there were no space at the room at all. This is not how 4star hotel should work!

Pros: HOtel and its staff
Cons: perhaps a bed matrace could be harder…
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast was really delicious - the interior of the restaurant was very fine as well. We really liked the interior of the room and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The windows provide a large amount of light and the coffee table with chairs in the corner would have been great if only had we stayed at the property for a bit longer.
Cons: There was no kettle in the room, which was a little bit disappointing. Furthermore, the view from the window on the first floor overlooking the street was not amazing - the rooftop of the building opposite. The latter is minor, but the kettle is a must.
