Pros: Food was amazing!
Pros: This hotel is stunning. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and had an open fire which was lit for us when we returned from the most delicious supper in the restaurant. With our own private terrace looking towards the mountains we felt we had privacy and seclusion when we wanted it. The area is beautiful with walks down to the Lake or a fantastic private guide to take you up to hike in the stunning Atlas Mountains. The staff were welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.
Pros: The property was clean and the staff was very attentive (we got turn down service many times a day).
Cons: The location was not idyllic like in the pictures. WiFi did not work at all across the location despite it claiming on booking there was WiFi. Gym was extremely old and not that well kept and so were the towels in general. As they call themselves luxury I would not give themselves that term.
Pros: Everything! Lovely staff, boutique style hotel, great food and the swimming pools / lounge were areas amazing.
Cons: Gym facilities could have been better but not a disaster by any means
Pros: Amazing pool, got a free upgrade which was amazing. Immaculate gardens and pool area. Great for lounging about.
Cons: Dinner was disappointing. WiFi is a real struggle. Property was very quite and lacked atmosphere due to size. Will not stay here for more than 1 night.
Pros: Everything the team were fantastic and nothing was too much
Cons: Nothing it was all good
Pros: Amazing service, best I have had of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to make our trip fantastic. Very quiet and beautiful gardens. Loved the sun beds in the garden. Room was very comfortable and beds provided a great sleep. Wood fire each night was great. Food at the restaurant was very good and both the menu and wine list are good value. The owner, manager and staff all make us feel very welcome. This is a must visit if you want a quiet romantic break, we will be returning.
Pros: Simply a wonderful place to stay and relax with the owners - Thara and Edwards - amazing hosts. The place is super clean, the food fantastic and the staff superb. Will come back! Annie & Ismael
Pros: Amazingly relaxing. Excellent service.
Pros: Great service and super rooms in excellent surroundings
Cons: service for food was a teeny tad slow at times but the quality of food was excellent

Pros: The setting was stunning, food was amazing, staff so friendly, decor was dreamy. Such a relaxing environment, very chilled and atmospheric
Pros: This is absolutely beautiful place with great pool, food and staff
Pros: A very good vibe. You cannot explain!!
Pros: Staff and food were great
Cons: A bit overpriced
Pros: Everything was incredible! The location, the decor, the staff and the food was amazing!
Pros: The whole experience was fantastic. The place is so peaceful, tastefully designed and there was a lovely vibe that’s hard to describe. Having a lazy afternoon at the pool was a real treat in our intense roadtrip schedule. The dinner felt like a family-style Sunday roast.
Cons: The location is secluded and there are no signs (part of its charme), just be sure to be proactive by getting written route directions from the lodge. Even if you have google maps or all other sorts of gps variations - it won’t bring you there. Up to you if you’d like to wing it and circle around the kasbah for hours.
Pros: I loved every single experience I had at the lodge! Fabulous interiors, peaceful atmospheres, amazing natures, good meals and wonderful staffs make my two-days trip in Morocco very special and unforgettable. I would love to go back to stay for sure:) Thank you very much for your great service!
Pros: Great atmosphere and great host Peaceful and serene A sincere pleasure to stay there and will definitely come again! Thank you So much
Pros: Plentiful and fresh
Pros: We loved loved the beautiful lodges and grounds. The Berber Lodge is so serene and inviting and the interiors are stunning. The food was the best we had eaten on the whole of our holiday!! The atmosphere was bliss, the pool was divine and the staff sweet and always smiling. Honestly this place is hard to leave - we cannot wait to return. Truly Paradise! Thank you Romain and team!
Cons: Perhaps the concierge could have been more proactive in showing us around the room and grounds. (Although we were made welcome to enjoy the grounds and pool whilst our room was being made)

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful location and views, helpful attentive service, pool
Pros: The view, the surrounding nature, the design of the bedroom.
Cons: We were really looking forward to staying at this place on our last day of our amazing Morocco trip. When we arrived it was raining and we found out that the spa was closed (this was one of the main reasons we booked), so nothing to do in the rainy weather. We ordered some food in the restaurant and the club sandwich bread had mold on it, we pointed this out to the waiter but he denied any fault and did not compensate us with a new sandwich. When we were in our room, the heating didn’t work so we were very cold, we asked tthr hotel staff to fix it but they only gave us a small heater which was not ideal. We couldn’t take a hot shower or bath (I paid extra for a room with a bathtub) so we had to take cold showers. Again I notified the staff about this problem but they said they couldn’t fix it and they offered no compensation. The WiFi did not work in our room, it only worked in the lobby. Overall a very disappointing experience, I work in tourism myself and travel a lot for work but this is probably my worst hotel experience ever and thinking back on it it makes me regret booking this in the first place as it’s pricey and no value for money. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Book somewhere else please!
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the location breathtaking I am going to recommend it to everyone travelling to Morocco. The bedroom we had (16) was especially nice as well as the views we had two balconies.
Cons: The water in the shower was not hot enough considering it gets cold in the evenings in October. I am sure it is perfect during the summer months but needs to be turned up for the winter.
Pros: Literally everything! The surroundings, scenery and landscape are absolutely stunning... a mix of mountains, trees, fields, rocks, spanning from green to brown to yellow to white to blue. The hotel and facilities are beautiful, premium, highly elegant but still simple and perfectly consistent with the area. The very large garden and long pool are also perfect and impeccably maintained. The restaurant serves excellent and mostly local organic food that is an experience in itself, from breakfast to dinner! They even have horses that you can ride in the beautiful surroundings and it’s probably the best ride you will ever have... And if you like animals, there is a lovely farm with goats, sheeps and donkeys too! Finally, the staff is absolutely fantastic: nice, professional and really wanting to fulfill your wishes and make you feel at home, without excessive courtesy and with authenticity. An absolute must, we will come back!
Cons: Seriously, nothing.
Pros: Low season few guest. Kindly accommodated our wishes. Great warmth & hospitality. Tranquil & quiet with beautiful scenery of the Atlas Mountains. Mr Hamada the front desk manager was most helpful.
Cons: Breakfast may have some selection rather than served standard food of pastries each day. Provide bedroom slippers though pool slippers were.
Pros: The views were incredible and the grounds are stunning. It is a peaceful paradise, the perfect place to get some R&R. I traveled alone for my birthday and the amazing staff made me feel very special, they even song me happy birthday at dinner and presented me with a cake. I honestly had no idea they were planning it and felt so happy. The staff are fantastic and super attentive, I cannot fault them. I will be coming back very soon.
Pros: The manicured gardens, the breathtaking view of the Atlas and the warm and welcoming staff
Cons: Limited service at the pool when we were there. A honor bar would have been a good solution.
Located in Sidi Badhaj, Jnane Tihihit is a 1-minute drive from High Atlas and 10 minutes from Lalla Takerkoust Lake. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This was unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before - it was so peaceful and beautiful. My favourite spot was lying by the pool and looking at palm trees, mountains, donkeys and horses as well as all the little birds flying around.
Pros: Very nice hosts. Really good food! Great for kids.
Pros: The welcoming was excellent. The project of Jnane Thihihit is inspiring
Pros: Excellent place for a peaceful time with the family, sorrounded by beautiful nature. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly.
Cons: The last bit of the road is muddy and slippery with the rain, so it requires a 4x4 to be reached. Make sure that they send the proper vehicle to pick you up in case of rain.
Pros: The moment you arrive at Jnane Tihihit you feel relaxed and in peace. The farm and the garden are beautiful and well organized. The hosts are very friendly. My kids had a blast and they are already asking us to go back! I highly recommend this place for families.
Cons: We weren't clear on the activities for kids - for example the person in charge of horseback riding didn't accept to take us on a ride because we were 4 people but a few minutes later he took a family of 6! We didn't get it... Also, I thought that the kids could participate in farming activities but it's not the case.
Pros: We just loved the whole place. It's a working farm, vegies, fruits and animals. There is a beautifull pool to relax, and the animals are adorable. There are (nice, gentle, well behaving) dogs around that accompany the guest IF they want to. The food is delicious. Very nice and caring staff.
Cons: Some extra's a bit overpriced. And the in between cleaning of the rooms could have been better.
Cons: The facility is clearly aged and not renovated for a while, you can see and feel the former glory but it all feels used and old now.
Pros: Friendly, helpful, English-speaking owners; comfy, cozy, nicely decorated rooms up to European standards including heaters when it gets cold; delicious food for dinner and breakfast; efficient table service; large garden area with all kinds of trees and plants; lots of animals on the farm; lots of activities offered; everything was modern and clean; a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway place not far from the craziness of Marrakech.
Cons: Not a great road in but can be done with a regular car (by far the best entrance is from Lalla Takerhoust through the nearby village of Makhefamane); no locks on bungalow doors (but rooms include a safe).
Pros: The location is breathtaking and the farm could not be more charming or pleasant. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of space. The dinner in the evening was excellent.
Cons: The breakfast was not great and I think it's tight to charge extra for fried or boiled eggs when they have their own chickens and crates of eggs for sale as soon as you walk in. You'd think they could spare a few to guests without charging extra.
Pros: Staff was really nice and friendly, always available for helping out. Terrace for lunch and dinner is beautiful
When you a stay at Le Petit Hotel du Flouka in Lalla Takarkoust, you'll be on a lake, just steps from Lalla Takerkoust Lake and High Atlas. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good value for money. Lovely location by the lake. Was clean and had a nice interior design. The pools were nice and relaxing. Christian, the owner, helped us organise a taxi to pick us up and drop us off from Marrakech for much cheaper than what we found in Marrakech or via the Internet. He also regularly checked up on us throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.
Cons: The food was a bit limited and breakfast was quite basic.
Pros: Genuine care of the staff
Cons: Everything! The site, the service and the concept
Pros: Beautiful tranquil location, gorgeous terrace with nice views. Small but heated swimming pool which was very pleasant to use even in colder weather. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee!
Cons: A save French oasis, here you don't experience the real Morocco. French food with some Moroccan twist. Breakfast very basic, jam, egg. No fresh fruit (only juice) or vegetables. With all the sheep and goats walking around you get "La-vache-qui-rit" industrial "cheese"?! Leaking inside when raining. Not really clean, hair of previous guests all over the place. Overpriced.
Pros: Flouka is a perfect place to escape the chaos of Marrakech for a few days. The location is beautiful, the hotel is quiet and the food is delicious. Thank you for everything!
Pros: Beautiful location with amazing views. 2 pools which are amazing. We spent 8 relaxing nights at du Flouka. A peacock, a few dogs and cats are your neighbors, as well as the sound of the birds. Dinner and lunch is great. I can highly recommend the dinner menu. Especially the fish and chocolate cake. Breakfast was basic but good. Fresh orange juice and a different kind of jams. Air condition worked perfectly and the staff was just amazing. I can highly recommend staying here to relax and breath fresh air. We will definitely come back!
Pros: Enjoyed every part of it. I think the owner Christian makes the hotel what it is.
Pros: the location, the view, the pool, the decoration
Pros: The pool and the food were great. As well as the views on the lake while having dinner.
Cons: The owner was the only one to speak english. All the waiters only spoke Arabic or French.
Pros: Rooms are quaint and offer that old country look. The location is superb. The walks along the lake right in front.
Cons: The meals are very expensive when compared to the local town.
Pros: With an amazing location overlooking the lake, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool and gardens. Our apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. We had the pool right next to our door, yet it felt intimate and cozy. The staff were nice and helpful.
Cons: Christian, we would have loved to eat dinner at your restaurant... Unfortunately, 18 eur per person (we are a family of 5) was a little bit expensive for us taking into account we were in Morocco. Same thing for the bar: if only the prices for a beer or a glass of wine had been more reasonable, we would have come for a drink at your terrace every night and maybe many other guests as well... Anyway, you were a very nice and welcoming host, congratulations for your wonderful place and all the best wishes for you and the rest of the staff.
When you stay at Tigmi in Tameslouht, you'll be steps from High Atlas. Featured amenities include a computer station, multilingual staff, and a library. Planning an event in Tameslouht? This hotel has facilities measuring 60 square feet (5 square meters), including a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Tigmi consists of a nice structure that probably has had its best times in the past. Despite its good position and its facilities, it is run down. Also, during our stay in a high season, we were almost the only guests.
Cons: Prices are too high considering the service and the attentions they offer. The management is poor, no attention is given to cleanness and breakfast for example is far below Moroccan average. Just a little example: eggs are part of the regular breakfast, also in hotels that charge half of Tigmi's price. When checking out, the management charged us two extra taxes that were not mentioned in the booking conditions. The whole setup gives no idea about Moroccan hospitality. It is a wannabe luxury resort.
Pros: BED AND BEDSHEETS CONFORT WELCOME SWIMMING POOL
Cons: BEDROOM DECORATION (CARPET ON THE WALL)
Pros: Amazing location and fantastic service. Beautiful views amazing value for money - I couldn’t recommend enough !
Pros: Fabulous hotel but if is remote but ideal for total get away from the stresses of daily life!
Cons: Breakfast is only average and you pay extra for eggs!
Pros: stunning place that is far better than the pictures. 10/10 for everything
Pros: Excellent Manager. Stylish location and facility. Very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Some of the lower staff is not particularly attentive.
Pros: I love this place, not too far out to go in and out of Marrakech, fabulous massages, and great pool.
Cons: It could do with a little TLC re. paintwork
Pros: When there was a photo shoot group staying the breakfast and buffet lunch were good. When they left there were only us and one other couple in the hotel and the breakfast deteriorated and lunch was off the limited menu only. The pool was heated and clean. The staff were very obliging but poorly trained.
Cons: General management was poor . In need of a shake up. The mountain bikes were lethal. The whole place had a need of a bit of tender loving care.
Pros: It is very pretty, with all you need.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like
Pros: second year running at this divine, delightfully small and in-hotel like place. Was lovely to see the same very helpful staff as last year and Jean-Paul, who was very welcoming. Thoroughly re-charged the batteries and will be returning.
Cons: only criticism would be the plumbing - could be updated!

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Lalla Takarkoust? This riad has facilities measuring 753 square feet (70 square meters), including a meeting room. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful property and very friendly staff.
Pros: The whole place is like something from a fairytail. The room we had was beautiful, spotlessly clean with lots of towels etc. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was of good quality. The pool is amazing. The staff were attentive. We enjoyed it so much we will be returning next month
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was having to leave the next day
Pros: Fantastic, beautiful hotel with incredibly accommodating and helpful staff
Pros: The resort was situated in a garden, with amazing views on the Atlas Mountains. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and very tastefully decorated. The food was very tasty and the staff was very attentive. Perfect location to relax.
Pros: We arrived very late after a tricky journey (self drive) which was not helped by the fact the sign from the main road for the been graffiti'd across - not a great start. The hotel did not answer the phone to help us out, and when we did arrive at 8pm, they told us we would have to wait 30 minutes before we could have anything to eat or drink. Our room was dark and unwelcoming, shower did not work (would not get warm) and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. We had booked for a three night stay and left after one.
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing executed to the standard or expectation of a 'Boutique Hotel & Spa' - this place is not worthy of its star rating and the location while beautiful left you feeling trapped and isolated given the total lack of atmosphere and care from staff.
Pros: The stuff is friendly and the room and swimming pool were clean. It is a calm place with a nive view of the mountains. Ps: the breakfast is healthy and variable.
Cons: The road to the hotel is horrible. We got lost for 30minuts looking for the front gate as they changed the name of the hotel and put the new name in the front gate while the signs in the mais street are still with the old name. Besides, we called them before we came and they didn't tellus about it. Another thing to mention is the food prices are so expensive. The location is good but isolated you need to drive for 45min to find somewhere to eat.
Pros: Staff are great. Location is amazing.
Cons: Booked Grande Charme suite. Received standard room which was dirty. Bathroom falling apart and unclean. Promised a change to correct room but not forthcoming. No apology on checkout, charged full cost of standard room after we left without permission. Really disappointed. Drinks are expensive because there are no other options. Been several times but won't be returning.
Pros: Great landscape
Cons: -Dusty room -poor tv service (took more than 24hrs to have it) -hot water not always available
Pros: It was a beautiful hotel. The architecture was amazing and breathtaking. We loved the amazing views and beautiful garden. The personnel was incredibly helpfull and skilled. We also loved how at breakfasttime they managed to give us sth new every day. Wanna learn more? Follow the_jehouligans_travel at Instagram!
Cons: The hotel is obviously mismanaged. The hotel is beautiful and has everything the perfect hotel needs but the personell seems afraid of “the boss” In one of the two rooms we rented: “The Grand Charme suite” the bath didn’t work for our whole stay so we were unable the bathe in the beautiful bathroom. When we asked the reception for some kind of compensation they just got really tensed and said they couldn’t do that because they would have to pay for it themselves. They never got the bath fixed. Our other room had a broken door and because they gave us the key of the cleaners they “couldn’t” clean our room. I made an appointment for a pedicure and then they came to tell me it was moved because the manager decided to go instead. I personally didn’t really mind waiting because I was just chilling by the pool anyway. I just want to point out the manager doesn’t really care much about his guests. They prices are also ridiculous, you pay about three times the price of somewhere else in the neighbourhood, including for the activities. What would still be okay if the food would come quick and be exeptionally good, but on the same price you could better go to Flouka or for cheaper to one of the restaurants next to the lake. Also a problem to us was the fact that the villagers hated the hotel and people going there (also mismanagement?). You have to pass the village which is really poor and the people will surely give you the ‘eye’, they also smudge the boards giving directions. If you want to make sure to find the hotel easily, use their overprices shuttle service.
