We wouldn't call this a "resort" at all. Website shows golf course views >fake photos, lanai pool>totally closed. Several floors closed for disruptive remodeling construction and noise.
Staff not available
Easy free parking room clean and spacious
Trying to check in there wasn't staff available that could do the process.
The lobby looked nice and so did the restaurant. They let me check into the room early which was kind and the pool looked good too
You could feel the springs in the bed, the first room the heater smelled like rotting eggs, and over all the room looked worn down and old like 80's old like 40years worth of people staying there old. Also when we went to switch rooms the front desk had us bring down all our bags and then only moved us over down the hall from our original room. Felt rude
Dumpy - no comfort place
Very decent restaurant on the premises (Barrymore) - nice, yet very over priced bar. Great location if you have business at the LV Convention Center. Easy access to Las Vegas Blvd.
Rooms are out dated, dirty furniture, no maid service (at least they did not make up my room), no amenities on the premises what so ever. Seems to be some kind of time share operation with very bad up keep. Air conditioning would not go below 72 degrees. At US$ 165 a night very bad value!!!
Not a "Resort"
The room was nice, seemed like maybe it had recently been redone.
The location is pretty close to the convention center but because there are quite a few abandoned buildings in between with homeless people all around - I didn't feel safe walking there. There is no hotel shuttle and the hotel front desk said it would probably be $10 for a taxi one way - so I had the unexpected additional expense of a rental car. The lobby is outdated; the carpet in the hallway outside the elevator is torn and shabby-looking; the entry to the pool is odd, shared with the parking lot, and not appealing at all. And Wi-fi was not included with the room.
Affordable and clean
It was clean and staff was nice
Room service kept knocking on door
Beware the extra cost for wifi
It was walkable distance to the strip and had parking available
While the listing made it seem as though there was wifi available in the rooms, it came at the exorbitant rate of a $10 surcharge per day. When I talked to the shift manager about this and noted where my booking sheet said wifi was included in the room, she spent some time looking at her computer. I thought she might be trying to find if she could do something about it, maybe give one free day as a gesture. Nope, she was just bringing up the fine print at the bottom of the listing. She smugly showed it to me and that was that. No effort made to perhaps try to address a customer's disappointment, the way customer service used to be. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Nothing I didn't even stay I want my money back

Convenience to LVCC
Walking distance to LVCC
Outdated facility. Dirty dingy hallways with light odor. Room was very clean though.
Great value in Las Vegas!
The rooms were clean & confortable. I liked having a refrigerator & microwave. The staff was accommodating and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. This is not a high-end casino hotel, but it is a great value and a place we will stay when we come again.
Close to the strip.
The carpets are very old, our hallway smelled like a toilet.
The hotel was in walking distance from the Strip. Not a busy hotel and pretty quite. Only few people would go down to the pool, which is a big plus if you like privacy.
The balconies were in a really bad shape, would not suggest to sit on the chairs on balcony. Quite few stains on the beds, the trow pillows and bed cover to be exact. Other surfaces also needed a good whipe.
The bed was super comfortable, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The room was ok
The room's view was quite bad. The hotel's staff looked strange, always observing what we were doing...
No casino's and smoky air and very close to the strip. Good for vacations with kids.
The only thing I wish I didn;t see/ do was to have to kill a cockroach crawling in the bathroom wall.
Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet during night and made for a good night's sleep.
Weather was bad so a shuttle to the convention center would have been nice.
There was a problem with the heater in the room. They allowed us to switch rooms so that our stay would be comfortable. And when we moved, we accidentally left some clothes in the chest of drawers. They found them and left us a message to retrieve at the desk.
Location was awesome - very close to Vegas Strip. Near Encore, Hilton, Riviera.
Mini fridge did not work.
Location, no casino, fiar priced restaurant
