Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Immediately smelled like dog urine when you open the door, Blood stains on the wall, powdered the floor and a couple other things to try to cover the smell but didn't work, window didn't have a screen, bathroom filthy, no toilet paper, looks like we were in a previous boiler room, judging from all the signs it looks like a hooker was possibly killed in there. Never again will I book from a third party. F you kayak, F you agoda, and F you motel. Could of at least had blankets.
Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:Did not get the room I booked. Bed had no blankets. Asked for blankets and the lady told us they will have some in the morning :/ Really? What kind of hotel does not provide blankets? Place was dirty and smelled real bad. Bathroom smelled like urine. We just wanted to take a shower and sleep comfortably, but it was so nasty that we just slept in the same clothes and we just wanted to leave early the next day. Not good at all.

Pros:I liked that it was right off the freeway and there were several places to eat, get coffe or get gas right around the area.
Cons:The hotel room was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait for house keeping to clean it. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room smelled so strongly of smoke and all my belongs, including my 8 week old infant, were saturated with awful smoke smell by the time I left. There was no phone in the room. And despite asking front desk for made service multiple times, they never came to clean the room or empty trash over the 5days I was there. I booked a kitchenette room as I have an infant and am on a special diet. The the kitchen was horribly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. And there were no supplies whatsoever to be found in the kitchen. At one point I accidently dropped a jar of jelly which shattered all over the kitchen floor. I called front desk from my cell phone to get assistance and was told that "I was lucky because housekeeping was literally walking out he door to go home" housekeeping showed up with a bucket which had trash in it and some towels. I told her that we were going to need a broom as there was glass Everywhere (I had already picked up the large pieces and most of the jelly while waiting for her to arrive) she told me that she "hadn't been able to find a broom all day but would look again". She arrived a few mins later with a pitiful looking broom and proceeded to do a horrible job sweeping the floor. She then asked if I thought she had got all the glass. I inspected and within a few seconds found 10 pieces of glass she had missed. She huffed and got back to sweeping. Once done she said "just don't go in the kitchen without shoes and finally I get to go home my shift is over" she left he dirty bucket and towels behind. The staff also left a huge stinky bag of garbage on the hallway outside of my room overnight and I had to ask multiple times for it to be removed. It stunk up the entire hallway. Lastly since its a "small hotel" (as I was informed) there is no elevatetor. So be prepared to go up and down a flight and a half of stairs. I was told that was the only room they had as the night before was a full night and I was not offered to be moved during the rest of my stay. Overall it was a horrible experience, especially with an infant.

Pros:The staff was relatively friendly, and the location wasn't the best but wasn't horrible either. The parking was at least easy to accommodate and had no problems always having a spot to park.
Cons:The room was utterly disgusting. The key card they gave me never worked, half the light bulbs in the room were missing, the entire first floor wreaked of cannabis, but I should not be very surprised. This place took the meaning of "You get what you payed for" to the most extreme. If your budget is tight then I'd go ahead and stay here because I promise you there are worse places, but if you have the extra cash look for something a littler higher on the scales

Cons:The pool and hot tub were closed, the continental breakfast did not exist. They did not have my reservation correct, they had it for the Sunday evening instead of Friday. They admitted it was there clerical error. Arrived at 2 pm, but couldn't get into the room until after 4
Cons:The rooms were in need of some TLC and updating/replacement. The bottom floor is currently under renovation so hopefully the other floors will get some updating at some point as well. The traffic noise was a little too much for my light-sleeping husband. Breakfast was basic and didn't change from day to day.
Pros:Fast easy check in and check out. Friendly staff
