Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Cons: Everything perfect

Cons: United Boarding is ridiculous run out of overhead space passegers apparently don’t know how to use overhead space even a mess I fly 50+ times a year this was worst

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Ok

Cons: So uncomfortable with tiny seats

Pros: Crew was nice and friendly, boarding was fast, on time and overall service was excellent

Cons: The plane was small so not a lot of space and didn't offer food other than one beverage

Pros: It got us to Atlanta on time.

Pros: Always seems to happen with some leg of an Air Canada flight....and they couldn't find my luggage, so delayed my boarding at Customs, too.

Cons: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Pros: Quick boarding.

Cons: More leg room More gluten free food options

Cons: There was absolutely nothing "first class" about this flight. Cramped seats, baggage fees, terrible boarding procedures... I've experienced better service on economy flights. Never again with Delta/Westjet.

Cons: Tiny seats with limited legroom. No entertainment provided.

Pros: Apart from the boarding process the trip was great.

Cons: The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin.

Pros: Everything was great, very little turbulence and the crew was great!

Cons: The only complaint I have are the little little flaps on the head rest. You can adjust them to rest your head unfortunately my wasn’t able to hold my head in place.
