It was slightly far from the main attractions but with a quick Uber ride you were fine.

We liked the general idea of the guest house. The garden--the eating area--was very pleasant. Juan, our host, was most courteous and there if we needed help.
The room we were given had a bathroom with no door, just a curtain, to the sleeping area which meant that privacy as well as comfort were highly compromised. I don't know if this is true for the other rooms but it detracted considerably from the pleasantness of the stay. Additionally, the location is less than ideal. It is a 20 minutes walk to the central part of Lisbon. Public transportation is a 10 minute walk so it doesn't really buy you anything.
