shower tile isn’t clean properly, no shower gels, no toothpaste which is very essential and a suggestion for sleepers would be better because the floor was dusty because my barefoot was very dirty.

Everything was great! The twin room was bigger than we expected. Everything very clean and new. Cleaning was done daily and towels were changed. Breakfast was good and almost the same evey day, but for 3-4 days, for us, it wasn't a problem. There is a direct subway line to the airpor, and the bus station to the main objectives was just 3 minutes away.

Great Place, ,near two metro stations saldanha and Campo Pequeno , very clean rooms with amazing beds ,and very quiet at night . Served a good breakfast also.Lots of restaurants nearby.

Only the location of the property and staff were good

The hotel room was disgusting. It has moles on the walls and the bedsheets were with blood marks. The towels were not fully clean. There was no room service. There was no restaurant. Breakfast choice was limited. The balcony was filled with water and leaves. No privacy in the bathroom. The exhaust was broken. The jet wash was not working.

The hotel is all new and very very clean, and the staff tries their best to be helpful.

All the little things and details: - Bed are 80cm wide - Champoo and Gel - The ventilation grid in the room blows lots of air from outside (really Cold!!!) - The only option to heat the room is the A/C machine (so normally you find yourself with the A/C in heat mode while the ventiliation puts cold air in...) - Breakfast is horrible...

The hotel it’s going through a massive refurbishment. From the online photos I was surprised and confused if the old photos were the way the hotel is presently or not. As they have new photos on the booking.com and a mixture of new and old on their website which is misleading. I contacted the hotel directly by email and surprisingly I was informed that they don’t have a website. They should improve their English communication for better understanding. Although I when I walked in the premises for check in I was not acknowledged by the receptionist. She simply looked at me and didn’t say anything. I had to say hello and good afternoon. And that was the norm during the stay. They are too busy by themselves and forget to welcome the clients. The staff didn’t wear any form of identification, or uniform. Very causal, they easily pass as a client. Being an hotel , probably before they were a residential or B&B , and now refurbished and up to date they should take this into consideration. This is merely a positive constructive opinion and hopefully they can improve. Having said that, the hotel is very comfortable, contemporary, extremely clean and the bed was super comfy and the room quiet. Couldn’t hear any noise not even the lift. Best sleep and rest ever, not even in the most expensive hotels one can hear the lifts, and the clients making noise in the corridor. Had small issue with the kettle and bathroom but it was explained and informed that it would improve and they are aware of it. They serve a continental breakfast, variety of bread and local cakes. They have scrambled eggs, baked beans a very British affair. Not necessary at all! Central located, Campo Pequeno and Saldanha tube station it’s about 10 minutes walking. Easy access to Baixa, Avenida , Rossio , etc. There’s one shopping centre in Campo Pequeno, Old Bull Ring and two others in Saldanha. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near the hotel, mini markets, etc ,etc.

Room was 4 star but toiletries were 1 star. Suggest you bring your own. Breakfast buffet was very sub par. The cereal with milk was edible but I had to buy my own bananas. Eggs and sausage were disgusting.

I loved this place. The owners let me store my bike in my room, which was large for one person. The rooms have been newly refurbished, so it was great to have a clean and fully functional bathroom. The staff (I'm guessing family members) were always ready to answers my questions. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Campos Pequenos metro stations.

Breakfast was OK, but it's time to move on from beans and eggs and sausages. Now that Brexit is real, maybe European hotels can stop catering to appalling British taste in food. :) However, the fruit, cereal and yoghurt was good.

It seemed like it was half way through a renovation. Plaster dust all over the lift and in the hallway. Our door to the balcony only had one hinge attached and nearly fell off which we notified staff about.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne juste à côté du métro pour se déplacer un peu partout à 20 mins de l aéroport et dans un quartier calme. Pas un bruit pour dormir on entend rien ni avion ni la route Niveau qualité prix très bien !

Notre chambre au premier étage (104) se située juste au dessus du réfectoire et le bruit des chaises ou les cris des enfants le soir (01/02/2020) étaient juste horrible...jusqu'à 23h30. La réceptionniste, malgré sa bonne volonté, n'a pas réussi à maintenir le calme. Autre très gros problème, l'humidité dans notre chambre, qui malgré la rénovation manifeste de celle-ci a déjà gagné la tapisserie. C'est simple, au bout de 2 jours tous les vêtements sont humides et commencent à sentir. Nous avons essayé d'aérer au maximum lorsque nous etions dans la chambre ou en journée, mais même avec cela, la chambre est humide...

PAS D'ACCUEIL. PAS DE BONJOUR le matin. DE L'IGNORANCE du personnel à l'accueil. Nous n'existons pas sauf pour payer la taxe locale. Très mauvais écoulement de l'eau dans la salle de bain (douche et lavabo). Pas de produits de toilette le 2ème jour. Thé de la veille non débarrassé. Pas de grille pain. Pas de documentation sur Lisbonne. Pas de coiffeur ou distributeur de billets comme indiqué dans le descriptif.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel , la chambre spacieuse ( bureau , frigo , coffre , tv ) salle de bain spacieuse . Pas un bruit pendant la nuit . Ascenseur, salle pour les bagages . Déjeuners pour tous les goûts, sucré ou salé. Fruits frais . Nous avons été dans des 3 ou 4 étoiles beaucoup moins confortable ! Endroit stratégique pour visiter Lisbonne ! Quelques bons restaurants autours de l hôtel. Si nous revenons à Lisbonne nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

La chambre était spacieuse et munie d'un balcon, la salle de bain était grande également avec une grande douche. L'insonorisation était correcte.

La VMC de la chambre était défectueuse (tombait du plafond) et la chambre était très humide en permanence (nos vêtements rangés dans nos valise étaient devenus moites). La séparation en verre entre la chambre et la salle de bain (et donc du coup les WC) n'était pas opaque et les rendaient pas du tout intimes, la vue sur les WC depuis le lit, c'est moyen.

On voit que l'hôtel a fait des travaux ces derniers temps et le design de l'entrée, des étages et des chambres est très joli et contemporain. Le personnel est flexible, un grand merci à la personne qui nous a permis de modifier notre réservation et répondu instantanément à nos questions. Enfin l'accueil 24/24 est top et l'hôtel est à proximité de deux arrêts de métro et d'une gare, très pratique pour visiter la ville.

Les serviettes et draps présentaient des taches. Les produits étaient lavés mais cela ne devrait arriver en hotel. Il y avait également des tâches de café / ou autre sur un mur de la chambre.
