Near 2 metro and train station.

Shower handle was broken and I have to used paper to keep it stable. Shower curtains need to change, not clean at all, Breakfast charge 7.50€ and not a worth it and every day same thing. Stuff are not very friendly and personal.

Really loud (from other rooms but also the airplanes) On more of the half time there was no warm water in the shower But the rooms were kind of clean

Small room with old bathroom. The shower curtain should have been replaced by a glass. Having a shower late in the morning, implies getting it lookwarm.

Location is good. Nice bedroom.

The room was too hot and no way to make it cooler. During our stay, the bedroom was not cleaned, which I find absolutely not acceptable. The waa people smoking in the bedrooms on our floor and we had to call the reception. Nothing improved, though.

No functioning Tv, no gym, tiny elevator, old toilets, basic room.. Boring

No kettle in the rooms, no iron, no mirror in the room. Staff were not helpful. Was basically a place to sleep. Pictures do it great justice. Don’t be fooled!

The price for one night was exorbitant. The room wasn‘t clean and not at all quiet. Breakfast was abysmal. I would strongly recommend finding a different hotel!

On the check-in the room air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was really hot. One of employees came up to the room to check the air conditioner and he told me that it is working property even though the room wasn’t cooling down at all. He kept saying it is working and suggested me to turn the lights off for electricity to work the conditioner which I have never HEARD as helping the guests at HOTEL(I understand if this is Hostel). Reported to the desk, the employee who checked the air conditioner was there too and also asked me to change the room IN THE END, telling to the desk receptionist David Fernandez, it was perfectly working and DOES NOT NEED TO CHANGE THE ROOM. The receptionist firmly rejected our requests(changing the room and fixing the air conditioner) and asked me to BE PATIENT with the HOT in the ROOM. It is really sad that their thoughtless behavior(not admitting the air conditioner wasn’t working but telling to the desk it was perfectly working) and not encouraging to make any solutions. I am still wondering if the VIP HOTEL takes the people from BOOKING.COM as their guests?(I couldn’t book through the vip website though) The hotel does not need any cheap tourist even though I’m paying for how much you asked me to stay? Not making any solutions to make our stay valuable, I feel like that I was scammed.

The room was very dirty. Filthy bathroom and a very dustt bed. The staff were quite unhelpful. On Monday 16 Sept i rang room service at midday to be told that they were on a lunch break and to call back for service?! The following morning i went to the pool at 9.30 and it was still locked and had to chase someone to unlock it. All the pool chairs are broken which is quute dangerous. The lifts were continuously faulty and caused huge delays. I also had issues with my safe. Overall not at all worth the money.

Very dirty bedings! I asked for them to be changed but nothing happened

Fan from air conditioning was making noise the whole night like it was malfunctioning. Table at breakfast had sugar on it from the previous usage. Quality of breakfast was poor.

I will like by next time that I will visit, to have a small ketitle for tea and coffee with tea cup and sugar, milk, tea spoon etc, in sort coffee accesaries.

To be changing the bed everyday, like two or three days the bed did not change, the third day they still use the same bedsheets to lay the bed , pls make a change, thanks.

There is no small coffe Machine or Tassen to Drink tea in the room . Leider the swiming Pool ist closed .

The People in lesabon are very Kind. The County ist very beautiful .

Got there to be told the swimming pool had been under maintenance since March. It did not say this anywhere on booking.com and pictures of the pool were the reason I changed hotels in the first place . We were allowed use a pool across the road however this was very inconvenient and there was no towels provided as well as no food or drink nearby as you had to take two lifts down to the bar to get water. Very dissatisfied. Should be stated clearly on all sites that the pool was out of order . Was located near a shopping center but 20 minutes from the main town ! Therefore had to get a taxi there and back each night . Overall the hotel was very run down on the outside .

Most staff helpful and pleasant, but not everyone. Standard large hotel, surrounded by parking lots and other tall buildings.

Close to main rail line with noise. Room is stuffy, smells bad. Furniture old. Fridge does not shut. Linen and towels are old. Carpets dirty.

Grande chambre.

Personnel hostile et irrespectueux. Ne comprend pas nos requêtes dans 3 langues différentes, prends son temps à fumer dehors au lieu d’occuper la réception. Concernant l’hôtel et la gestion de celui-ci : à notre grande surprise, la piscine avait été vidée et laissé à l’abandon. Nous n’avons reçu aucun mail nous notifiant de la fermeture de cette piscine (piscine étant la raison pour laquelle nous avions réservé cette établissement). Refusant de nous expliquer pourquoi nous n’avions pas été prévenu que des services PROPOSÉS sur le site booking avait été enlevé (petit déjeuner et piscine) les échanges avec le personnel de réception ont été très désagréables. Il est inadmissible de réserver un établissement plus d’un mois à l’avance pour des services proposés sur l’annonce et de voir ces derniers annulés au moment de l’arrivée sans en avoir été prévenu par mail au préalable, cela s’appelle de l’arnaque aux touristes. De plus je tiens à préciser fortement que l’hôtel ne ressemble en RIEN aux photos indiqués sur Booking qui sont retouchées et trompeuses, l’hôtel est perdu et très excentré de la ville et ne donne pas du tout envie d’extérieur.

Salle de bain très vieillotte et matelas très inconfortable, trop dure. Présence d'une moquette au sol pleine de tâches. Accessibilité de l'hôtel, autour d'une zone de parking.

Ne pas dîner à l hôtel c est exécrable. Hôtel bruyant du fait du survol aérien très bas. Voie de chemin de fer en bas. Piscine froide

Quand on réserve un établissement avec piscine la moindre des choses c est de prévenir quelle est fermée. Aucune remise ni excuse. Personnel pas souriant sauf le bagagiste.prevoir des valises tout terrain si vous arrivez à pied à l hôtel il faut traversé un terrain vague .ne le recommande pas vue sur la gare .
