Exceptional

As every year, I am very satisfied with the Praca Da Figueira accommodation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The view of the main square is always an experience. The Corona concept was implemented very well and you have enough distance from other guests even when having breakfast. I felt comfortable at all times and will be happy to come back next year. Then hopefully again without a mask 🎭

A pleasant small hotel, very...

Nice"crew", great location, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Kitchen accessible for everybody.

No lift. A Little bit noisy from the Street cas there is bus and tram terminus.

Superb stay in Lisbon!

The stuff was super friendly. The room was clean. Closeness to the most important places in Lisbon. Possibility of walking by foot. No need to use public transport. Breakfast was delicious. The stay exceeded our expectation!

Location was very good, near popular places. Trams 15, 12 depart from this square (Praca da Figueira), tram 28 also departs nearby. There's also a metro station. Elevador de Santa Justa and Praca do Comercio are just a short walk away. Our room had everything we needed, our window looked to the square (there's no soundproofing, so sometimes it was noisy, earplugs can be useful). Breakfast was plentiful and marvelous!

We booked a budget twin room and were delighted by having a well-services room with a balcony. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection. Excellent value for money.

The room is tiny.

The location was amazing: so central to many shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful every day and their English was very good. Everything was super clean and the breakfast had many great options.

I been to Lisbon quite few times now and this is Best Hotel I ever stayed at. Good breakfast as well.. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was great..

The place is near in the tourist spot you can walk . There’s a lot of bus & metro is near the hotel.breakfast is delicious.

Located in the heart of Lisboa, directly at the Metro station Rossio, this accommodation really was worth every Euro. Nice rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. A lift would've been nice because the rooms are all located in the 3rd and 4th floor but all in all we highly enjoyed our stay!

Top location in the middle of everything, super friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Only minor point was the very hard bed....but nothing that ruined the experience.

The location

They don’t have lift because the building is old, so I had to go to with my big baggage up to the third floor and that wasn’t very comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Nothing was too much trouble and there wasn't any hidden extras. The little fridge was really handy.

The stairs could be a problem for some travelers but the exercise is good for me.

Perfect location, good breakfast, overall good value for money if you're looking for a nice place to stay around City Center and within budget.

Only bad thing about this place was that you can basically hear anything or anyone within the rooms around you, either the upper floor or even people on the street, they need better noise isolation.

Almost everything except that there is no lift or elevator ( 2nd flr. reception) but other than that, its bang for the buck... one of the best place i have ever stayed on my backpacking adventure. Location is perfect, clean and good buffet breakfast. Staff were all very nice and cordial even offer me to take care of my luggage since i have a late night flight. Walking distance to most tourists site, restaurant and transport hub. Literally stone trow away from metro station.

Breakfast was excellent and they even provided a large bottle of water in the room. On arrival they provide a glass of port as a welcoming drink.

Well it's a shame not to give 10 to this place. Very center, comfortable bed, very clean, great breakfast, kind staff, good heating system. All perfect!

Breakfast, the bed and the view

A little noisy. Walls were thin - could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Location was excellent, very central of Lisbon. Very close to Rossio square, metro station , train station, and sightseeing spot. From the airport just take aerobus and stop in Rossio square , then cross the park and walk street close to metro station, only less than 5 min walk. Room although not to big but was confortale, with private room but share toilet which is is not big issue for me. Cleanliness is excellent, the property highly maintained entire place, room and share bathroom always clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, ask any question they will give you Thea answer regarding what to see during your stay here. Breakfast it’s really good, quite complete, there many choices, the staff at breakfast buffet also very friendly. I really recommend to stay in this property, great location even you traveling solo, you always busy exploring this city. Cafe and restaurant are easy to find.

Only the stairs I don’t like it, but can’t complain, I guess because of the old building and not build with elevator.

Très bien situé, en plein centre de Lisbonne . Personnel très accueillant. Rien à dire sur la propreté de l’établissement. Le déjeuner est copieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez eux.

Tout est au top.. 2jours 2chambres et formules différentes.. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour les chambres 4couchage frigo/micro onde/ thé /nécessaire toilette au top pour 70euro! Topissime Le personnel se plie en quatre au top !

Nous avons passé 1 nuit au calme. Il y a 2 chambres mais, une avec 3 lits et l'autre avec un lit simple donc pour un couple avec 2 enfants il est préférable de le savoir à l'avance. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Accueil et service au top, personnel à disposition! Emplacement idéal! Chambre très propre. Un grand plus pour le pétit déjeuner!! Frigo, bouilloire, lave-linge et petite table et chaise disponible dans la "cuisine" commune.

Attention aux mélangeurs dans la douche! Il serait bien d'investir dans des bons mitigeurs thermostatiques pour éviter les brûlures.

La situation géographique au top

Accueil chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner digne d'un hôtel avec étoiles et emplacement idéal donnant un accès immédiat au centre ancien... En conclusion, un rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Le personnel a été à l'écoute et très gentil, le petit-déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la praça da Figueira et ont entendait rien une fois les fenêtres fermées. La literie était top, on as super bien dormi...

La situation

Tres bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne a pied. Métro au pied de l'hôtel. Tres Propre. Superbe accueil. Tout le Personnel était tres souriants et au petits soins. Petit déjeuner avec des produits simple mais varié. C'est la 2 eme fois qui j'y vient et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Salle de bain de notre chambre tres petite avec Baignoire sabot. En hauteur et fermée par une cabine douche donc pas tres pratique a escalader si des clients de forte corpulence ou un peu âgée, car une fois dedans on y est vraiment a l'étroit. Et un peu périlleux pour en ressortir. Apres toutes les salles de bain ne sont pas ainsi car en août c'était parfait.

Voyageur uniquement en hiver, je bénéficie de tarifs extrêmement avantageux. Il serait stupide de ma part de dénigrer un établissement. Cela étant, celui-ci est plein de charme et mérite le détour.
