Simple yet good hostel near...

Fantastic location (~5 min walking to/from Picoas subway station at yellow line); nice big rooms with private bath (at least rooms #115 & 116); curteous front desk staff; vending machine available for last minute snacks & drinks; unexpensive for the area; free luggage storage.

No parking available; no breakfast at all; very outdated decoration; the front desk & public areas (incluinding the microwave room in the rear) are really scary and do need an urgent retrofit.

For the price it was ok, but we can see that what we get is the basic it can be.

Great location for catching an early flight the following day with parking outside. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bed wasn’t so comfortable and you could hear quite clearly outside the rooms.

Staff were very helpful. The room was big enough for a desk with TV and an armoir. Nice bathroom with good shower. Excellent location, close to main buses and metro. The metro goes directly to the airport. There is a Pingo Doce a block away with a large restaurant. The hotel has a small dining room with kitchenette for bringing food in. We would stay here again.

Noise from the corridor was audible but other guests made efforts to be very quiet so it wasn't a problem.

the toilet should have been cleaned, I mentioned this at check out, the pillow was not the best I've ever used.

It has a perfect location. It is at the center of all metro line's within a short walking distance. Also very close to the market and restaurants. The staff is kind and helpful.

It has an old utility system. Toilet stinks. It got clogged two times during our one week stay. But the staff was so helpful that they unclog it once we said. Also shower tub leaks water. Please read the room facilities carefully. They don't offer (at least promise) wifi in the rooms and there is no aircondition. However, luckily there was wifi connection in our room but coverage was so weak to surf the net.

The room was comfortable, nice old building high ceiling. The bed was clean, low-to-ground futon style. Friendly staff. Slept well as it was dark. Towels and bedding good.

Bathroom door did not close due to subsidence. 6 or 7 mosquitos in bedroom due to breeding in central courtyard I suggest bleach cleaning. TV fuzzy. Communal kitchen useless, just a sink & microwave. no plates, chopping board, cups etc. no kettle. bathroom window sill need repair. Low water pressure.

This residential did the trick for early airport departure. Good restaurants nearby.

Large, bright airy room, unusual soft furnishings and plenty of storage space. Great location, near to metro coming straight from airport. Lots of reasonably priced places to eat nearby and good little bar/cafe two doors away with very reasonable prices.

Bed very firm. Kitchen facilities and communal area very poor and dated.

The hotel is located very close to 3 metro stations and bus stations. It is also very close to Pombal square. The staff was very helpful to all and very polite and eager to help as best they could. The price was very good given the location of the hotel.

The window in our room and the window in the bathroom did not close. we had to leave them opened all the time. The problem was that someone had painted the mechanism and it was stuck. The stairs to leading to the floor gave the impression that they were going to fall every time you stepped on them. The staff did not speak English but I suppose the is part of the charm of traveling abroad

Reception open 24/7, staff was very sweet and kind. The room was clean. Great location with short walking distance to downtown city and supermarket nearby.

The rooms are not soundproof and sometimes noise wakes you up in the night, though this is avoided by using earplugs :)

The staff were friendly. The room was lovely and clean. They kept our luggage safe until it was time for the flight home.

The stairs were a bit risqué! Could have done with some hooks or a shelf in the bathroom.

The location is very good. It is very close to the metro station. The pedestrian walks however, were very difficult to walk on with two heavy baggage. The staff is very nice and always trying to help and the bathroom is very nice.

The hotel itself is a bit old and there is no elevator, which makes it a little hard if you are traveling with heavy bags. The bed is very low, however it is comfortable, the only problem is the height.

Advertised with AC but found none.

Great location close to city center and Metro. Many restaurants and shops close by. Great little corner bar with excellent and inexpensive caiparinhas close by. All in all a great value.

Booking.com room description listed air conditioning as an amenity. Not in our room!

L'emplacement relativement central pour une ville tentaculaire telle que Lisbonne, à cinq minutes à pied du métro Parque. La possibilité de laisser sa valise à la bagagerie afin de pouvoir visiter librement la ville. Grande chambre, mais vraiment très très spartiate, tout comme la salle de bain qui mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement.

Les deux petites savonnettes mises à disposition pour quatre nuits, sans changement de serviettes pour ces quatre nuits. Le balcon peu sécuritaire car accessible par d'autres chambres et surtout la vue de désolation sur des déchets !!!

L’hotel Est bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun, il est très facile de voir toutes les curiosités. Il y a de quoi manger un petit déjeuner à proximité et quelques restaurants également. Malgré que l’établissement soit vieux, tout était propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Le bruit est permanent, les mûrs sont très fins et on entend toutes les entrées et sorties des voyageurs durant la nuit. Les lits sont petits et on sent les ressorts. Les volets des fenêtres dans notre chambre étaient baissés à moitié sans possibilité de les bouger. Mise à part cela, je le recommande pour son rapport qualité/prix et sa salle de bain dans chaque chambre car pas évident de trouver cela dans Lisbonne.

Rapport qualité / prix et situation de l'hôtel au centre de 3 stations de métro. Personnel agréable et très serviable.

Chambre côté rue très mal insonorisée et volet roulant ne descend pas jusqu'en bas laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière.

Situé entre 3 lignes de métro, plus proche de "Parque", ce qui est pratique. La chambre est propre et a été rafraîchie récemment.

Nuits assez bruyantes : clients, clés cliquetantes, musique. Marches de l'escalier principal un peu branlantes par rapport au contraste des couloirs des chambres.
