The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull
This room was obviously not vacuumed before we arrived. Found a penny right inside the door and another under the window in plane site then a sauce packet behind the trash can.

Manager very nice but clearly working with limited resources
Very dirty. The “remodel†was clearly not a total makeover. The rooms were very basic with uncomfortable beds and bathrooms had old dirty grout and corners in them. I attempted to wash and the laundry room was disgusting and the dryer broken.

“As bad of an experience was the day we left I did speak to the receptionist Breanna about my concerns needless to say it wasn't a good conversation, however she was extremely respectful, understanding and listened. She did her ultimate best to try and help, she also tried getting us a refund to make things right, however the manager absolutely refused.”
